I had a wonderful time here. The environment was nice, with a quiet, beautiful golf field view and decent swimming pools nearby. The stuff was friendly, attentive and helpful. They even prepared a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday when I didn’t mention anything about it. I bought the half board package, which includes 2 buffets a day. The foods were good and were slightly different day to day. I am very happy with the stay here and I definitely will recommend it to other people interested to go to Tenerife.

We had a fab stay, the golfing facilities and view were top notch. Breakfast was nice in the morning, pool areas were clean and the pools were great for the kids. We enjoyed our stay

Great hotel. Very clean and staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the hotel. Lovely setting and a 15-20 min walk into Playa. Taxis are about 5 Euro so plenty of options.

Clean spacious room, just dissapointed there wasn't a kettle and you have to pay extra for the spa, which is only open Mon - sat 10am-6pm. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice

Overall very nice. Staff very friendly. The food is not great. They offer a lot of options but it is all a bit average and a lot of it goes cold very quickly. Spa is nice and has great massage therapists.

Pool area was so clean and water warm. There should be a pool bar. Even a hatch in wall. You have to get dressed and shoes on ! One bar staffed by one person in reception are for day and night.

So many issues. 1. Ant infestation in our room 2. No bin in our room when we arrived 3. Atrocious cleaning day to day with rubbish not being taken out 4. Complete disregard for health and safety - there was broken glass on the floor where breakfast is served. I told a waiter and they did nothing to clean it. 5. Atrociously slow check in with no enough staff for the number of guests and staff letting people push into the check in queue 6. Food is awful and the hot breakfast is cold Will never stay here again

Brilliant staff which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms are a bit sparse without coffee making facility’s but we had an amazing view of the golf course. I recommend Gara to anyone who is looking for privacy away from the strip as a taxi is always available and relatively inexpensive.

Clean room, lovely food- bbq night on terrace and Mexican night were delicious, breakfast full English also very good. Not too busy round the pool, could always get a sunbed. Cheap taxi to las vistas beach €8. The play park is perfect for kids. I think the kids entertainment in the evening wasn’t great- they said there was a kids disco at 8.30pm but this never seemed to happen- just someone doing balloons- also quite late for kids entertainment. Overall a fantastic stay

A very nice resort just outside of Los Christianos . Was surprised that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also a lack of soap by the bathroom sink. Otherwise very good stay
