Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff are helpful and the food was good. Our room was nice and clean with good aircon. Only thing I would say is that they need to inform you better. We didn’t have a kettle in our room and didn’t realise till the last day after talking with another person staying at the hotel that we could request one at reception. They had some great daily activities for the kids and adults to participate in too. Would definitely recommend

Pool was lovely a warm, all areas were clean and tidy and staff were always friendly. Breakfast was standard. Pancakes were cold.

Definitely not a 4* hotel, it would be an average 3* at best. Many annoying things in the room, breakfast was just decent, nice swimming pool.

The pool was really warm, probably the best thing about the hotel. The breakfast was chaotic, constant running out of everything, and not being replaced, poor selection of hot food

Really clean Hotel, a good variety of food, staff was really nice. The only thing was that the path from the hotel to the ocean wasn't very easy to access but overall really great experience!

Hotel was very clean. Beds very comfortable and food excellent. Daytime activities good and led by really friendly staff. Evening entertainment was awful. Our room overlooked golf course which was lovely and peaceful. Downside of this hotel is that it is at least a 20 minute walk to beach and any other shops/restaurants/bars, we had to take taxis to evening entertainment at 10 euros a journey

We could not turn off the aircon and it was cold. It could have been cleaner. No soap for the sink. Very spacious but not homely. Not enough pillows and we needed a blanket but there were none. The dining area, very busy and food ok. Took my wine before I finished it as we were the last in but did replace it upon complaining. Not for us Only a 3 star

The stuff here are super amazing. I got a surprise bottle of champagne for my birthday in my room. Super helpful. Rooms are huge and clean. 10/10

Everything was just Excellent

Room was great. Very clean. Paid for a double, got a twin with beds pushed together. NOT GOOD! We were charged €1 for four cubes of ice at the bar. Never been charged for ice ever at a hotel. Reception was always crowded and understaffed. Staff apart from Angel were rude and sarcastic if and when you got to talk to them. Breakfast was quite good. Omelette bar was very nice. Decent food throughout. The bacon was reconstituted bacon loaf cut into slices. Not disgusting, it’s bacon; but not as you know it. Real bacon would be far better and they claim to be a four star hotel. Real bacon would be more fitting at a four star hotel. No amenities around the hotel. One local shop didn’t sell drinks, only water and it’s very over priced. Rather than be ripped off, I bought anything I needed through a delivery app. Pool was nice. Pool area nice and clean. I think later in the year you would have sun-bed wars!!

Rooms are clean, the pool was nicely kept and warm there’s a few restaurants on the hotel grounds. The food wasn’t anything impressive but filling enough. The staff are really kind and considerate provided great recommendations as well definitely an overall 4 star hotel but a good experience.

Really nice resort, everything was newly renovated, nice terrace with a view, nice pool and staff. Only flaw was that room was visibly unclean, floors were stained from previous visitors.

Room was spacious and practical and there were a lot of sun-beds near the pool. The spa personal was very friendly. However the food and staff were the worst I’ve ever experience in my life. Their food quality and way of cooking it was terrible, raw or burt, breakfast, lunch and dinner, all bad and when complaining, they would get upset, no apologies ever and they would expect you to eat it and pay for it. It was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend to select an all inclusive here, you will end up eating out and overpaying. It’s worth spending €5 in a taxi and going to playa las Americas or Siam mall and have a nice meal with friendly Tenerife people.

Overall, our impression of the hotel was very positive. For a relatively low price, you can truly enjoy a nice and relaxing holiday. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection and good quality food. It was a big advantage that the pool water was warm, and the entire area was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful place, so there was no noise from traffic. It was lovely to open the window in the morning and hear the birds singing. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

I just got back from Gara suites. Reception Staff lovely, Cafe staff was lovely. Breakfast was good I think but only eat once of a night BBQ Night wasnt that impressed. Rooms are lovely and modern I did enjoy myself apart from my Watch going missing in the room. My watch was at the side of the sink in my bathroom and the cleaner had only been in the bathroom to change towels and my watch was gone! I spoke to Reception and the lovely man called Cleaning Department but no look on finding my watch! So have to go through insurance now. (If you are to stay all I would say is make sure you use the safe for expensive belongings and can go missing) Apart from watch going missing it was a nice hotel! Security guards where lovely aswell, very welcoming!
