Horrible the last few times I stayed. Sheets were dirty room wasn’t cleaned staff was horrible and very rude I won’t be staying again

The breakfast buffet was incomparable! The location is convenient to shops and restaurants.

I stayed in H10 Delfin with 2 friends and we had a fantastic overall experience in this beautiful hotel. I had accidentally booked for one person instead of three but Samantha and all the staff team were so helpful and kind in rectifing my mistake and made us feel at ease straight away. The staff in the hotel were extremely kind helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star feel. We were given the change to upgade our room for a very small fee and were delighted with the space and amenities in this room. The pool areas were very enjoyable and we attended a night of fantastic live music on the rooftop pool and bar on one of the evenings, which was brilliant and was a great addition to our holiday. We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinner options were brilliant. My two friends and I have varied diatery needs and preferences and there was so much variety and choices for each of us. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I can honestly say our stay in H10 Delfin was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing I have had. Thank you so much to all the fantastic, kind and professional staff for making our stay so memorable.

Great central stay where staff are welcoming and helpful

Friendly staff, great food with alot of choices, comfy beds , we couldn't fault it

Check-in and out was ok. Nightly entertainment was poor. Room was average. Breakfast selection of items was ok but breakfast experience was awful. Long queues for tea and coffee unless you arrived for breakfast within 15 minutes of it opening.

Went for a friends party and also a nearby event. Fab location. Room was ok. Then again you’re not there to just stay in your room!! Amazing shower though.

Refurbished, rooms are clean but visible that the refurbishment was only painting on old looking walls Very nice buffet for breakfast, even better than for diner. Swimming pools are poorly open from 9 am to 7 pm, would be great to be able to have an evening swimming but no no it’s closed, really a pity

Excellent staff, great pools and pool areas, comfortable beds, good showers, clean, great location

The location is great. 15 min walk to Portaventura theme park, 5 min walk to beach. Lots of bars and restaurants near-by. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Great pool areas. Room was basic but very nice, clean, and great air-con. We would recommend and return to this hotel.

Everything was fine. Great choice at breakfast, super location and tbe bar and pool area were great too. Would happily stay here again.

Very dirty and noisy. The rooms were dirty and had not been properly cleaned in months. Black mood in the bathroom, Managment very poor to let hotel get like this. Soap dispensers in public areas empty for my whole stay.

Hotel and staff were good but the food poor for a 4 star.

The hotel is great and the staff was professional and very friendly. The breakfast was good too. The negative points for a 4-star hotel are: - no coffee/tea set inside the room, - no ironing service / machine provided, - there is no a mini-bar inside the room. There is only a small empty fridge, which is locked. To unlock it you have to pay 18€.

Whole place was modern with beautiful decor. The outside pool area was simply fantastic and there was a great variety of choice in the restaurant.

The hotel is nicely located in the centre for anyone who will not be driving during the holiday. The main reception gives the impression of a five star hotel, its rating of a four star is befitting due to the fact there is none of the amenities such as a kettle or iron in the room and you are expected to pay for use of the fridge. I would also recommended this hotel due to the friendly staff and the fact that the rooms were always cleaned. The evening entertainment I would rate as average but we spent a lot of the time exploring Salou. All in all highly recommended!
