I had an amazing experience at H10 Delfín and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and attractions. There’s even a supermarket directly opposite the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. Now, let’s talk about the food—wow! Every meal was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was consistently impressive. Overall, H10 Delfín offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday: great food, ideal location, clean facilities, and wonderful staff. I’ll definitely be returning!

Hotel was nice, clean and comfy beds. Food was tasty and varied. My only let down was that you are forced to buy water from them in the evening and i was subjected to a member of staff taking me to the back of a door and showing me / pointing rudely that it wasnt allowed to bring in my own refil bottle. That was embarrassing and awkward as i didnt know. I got a proper telling off like a child! Also, as a British person, you want a cuppa in your own room and they dont provide kettles, you have to hire it from them at €20/ week! And by the time i tried, they were all gone. Overall a lovely hotel, more so for the older generation i would say. Great location and most of our experience was a positive one. Some customer service skills could be worked on that all. Be kind.

Horrible the last few times I stayed. Sheets were dirty room wasn’t cleaned staff was horrible and very rude I won’t be staying again

Todo ha sido excelente. Muy limpio, habitaciones muy amplias, bien equipadas con unas terrazas enormes con propio solarium. Comedor genial a todas horas mut variado y no se repite de un día a otro. Zona de piscina muy cuidada y hermosa con mucho ecologismo. Animacion es muy pensada y orientada a la edad de turista que puede alojarse en este hotel. Muy divertido y entretenido. Escapada fue super genial y supero todas expectaciones

Vraiment excellent

Perspnal ist sehr freundlich. Drinks an der Bar sind phänomenal und preiswert. Frühstück ist sehr gut, grosses Buffet mit frischen Zutaten. Der Standort ist super, man hat alle in der Nähe. Das Animation Team sorgt stets für gute Stimmung. Das Badezimmer ist zu eng designed.

Hôtel 4* très bien situé : en plein centre-ville, proche de la plage. Par contre, il ne dispose pas de parking proche. Personnel à l’accueil très sympa et très réactif à la demande du client. Par contre, problème de propreté quant à la restauration : les assiettes du buffet sont souvent sales. Les tables sont nettoyées avec la même lavette sans aucun produit ! Quant aux serviettes de la chambre, on nous a remis celle du sol humide et sale repliée comme si c’était une propre ! On nous a dit qu’il y avait un problème de laverie. Dommage pour un 4*

All the staff is so nice and helpfull, the room was always so clean and everything in the hotel is very clean. The pools are amazing and a very good location, close to the beach and loads of nice restaurants around. We had a great time staying here. Highly recomend!

The staff are brilliant at this hotel, all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean with lots of space inside and out. Rooms are clean and spacious. Would recommend.

The breakfast buffet was incomparable! The location is convenient to shops and restaurants.

I stayed in H10 Delfin with 2 friends and we had a fantastic overall experience in this beautiful hotel. I had accidentally booked for one person instead of three but Samantha and all the staff team were so helpful and kind in rectifing my mistake and made us feel at ease straight away. The staff in the hotel were extremely kind helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star feel. We were given the change to upgade our room for a very small fee and were delighted with the space and amenities in this room. The pool areas were very enjoyable and we attended a night of fantastic live music on the rooftop pool and bar on one of the evenings, which was brilliant and was a great addition to our holiday. We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinner options were brilliant. My two friends and I have varied diatery needs and preferences and there was so much variety and choices for each of us. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I can honestly say our stay in H10 Delfin was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing I have had. Thank you so much to all the fantastic, kind and professional staff for making our stay so memorable.
