The hotel is located across the street from the gothic quarters. Excellent location. Walking distance to las Ramblas and south to the Pier. Great restaurants near by. H10 Moncado was the most welcoming of all the H10 hotels we stayed in our strip to Spain. Oriol, at front desk was excellent. He was efficient, and extremely helpful. He asked about us and offered maps to help us in our stay. The lobby offered many sitting areas to enjoy drinks and relax before venturing out to the city. The rooms a little small however they are kept immaculate. They offer daily bottles of drinking water and plenty of coffee pods. We had a bidet in our room. The toiletry bag contained toothbrush/ toothpaste/ shaving blade and cream. We immensely enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was spotless and as per our needs. Second stay in this hotel and rooms were improved since out last stay. Location is very convenient.

Staff is super friendly, room with a view was worth it, well maintained environment, and a great simple breakfast. Room was a bit cramped for having a toddler with us, but manageable. All in all the staff really made the stay memorable.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we were included in their new year traditions by giving everyone 12 lucky grapes and had a celebration on the roof.

Very nice hotel. Staff was great, front desk staff was informative, and the cleaning and serving staff was exceptional. Our room faced a busy street but we didn’t notice any overly obnoxious traffic noise. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. The rooftop bar overlooking the city was a highlight: Hotel location is very good for walking and exploring the area. Would definitely go back and recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you!
