H10 モンカダ ブティック ホテル

3回目の滞在でしたが良かったです。 ただ環境への配慮なのか水圧が弱かったのと今回の部屋はバスタブがなかったです。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで良かったです。

２度目の宿泊でしたが、前回より部屋も広くて快適でした。屋上テラスからの眺めは最高です。

部屋は狭かったですが、ロケーションも良く、歩きで色々な所へのアクセスも良かったです。 部屋も清潔でです。 また、スタッフの方も明るく良い雰囲気でした。

別のところに行って、また再チェックインしました。 8階の部屋と喜んだら、狭くて、暑かった。 でも、またバルセロナに来たら、ここに泊まるかな。

スリッパはふかふか、バスローブあり、バスタオルも大きい、バスタブもあり、エスプレッソマシンもあり。 オシャレでかわいく、クリスマスマスツリーもあり、女子的にはテンションあがるホテルでした。 立地も駅すぐだし、ボルン地区やゴシック地区のバルコニー巡りができるし、あのあたりの雰囲気がよいので、 バルセロナにまた行く機会があれば、またここのホテルに泊まると思います。 ただ、16時くらいに掃除しなくていいの？とかは電話で聞くのやめてほしい。掃除は午前中から15時くらいのいない間にするものです。 エスプレッソマシンあるので、おいしいエスプレッソ飲めますが、ケトルありません。

Staff is super friendly, room with a view was worth it, well maintained environment, and a great simple breakfast. Room was a bit cramped for having a toddler with us, but manageable. All in all the staff really made the stay memorable.

Decent Stay with a Rough Start Overall, my stay was okay, but the beginning of my check-in was a bit rough. I had to change my travel plans and check out earlier than expected, and when I asked the hotel if they could reimburse me for the last two nights I wouldn’t be staying, they unfortunately denied my request. During check-in, there was also some confusion. The staff member helping me tried to charge me the tax for all the nights of my original booking, but thankfully her coworker corrected it and made sure I was only charged for the nights I would actually be staying. Once I got past the check-in experience, the rest of my stay was great. The hotel has a rooftop where I could bring my drinks, relax, and enjoy a beautiful view — definitely a highlight! I’d say it was a mixed experience overall, but I still enjoyed the stay once everything was settled.

Hotel was able to stow our luggage for free after checkout which let us tour the city till late evening. Excellent overall stay and accommodation!

Hotel meraviglioso in posizione fantastica. Stazione della metro a pochi passi. Camera con tutti i confort. Bagno completo di bidet assai apprezzato da noi italiani. Colazione ricca e varia. C'è veramente tutto. Staff molto professionale e cordiale. Assolutamente consigliato.

The hotel has good amenities, excellent customer service, and their breakfast was more comprehensive than expected. The staff was kind and made accommodations for my handicapped father in law. I liked that the hotel was situated in the middle and between El Born and Gothic Quarter. This provides easy walking distance to various areas and the Metro. I had only one complaint but I think it may not have been in the hotel’s control. The neighbors on either side of my room were rambunctious. The children were slamming doors, yelling and running back and forth between the two rooms while we were trying to sleep. Parents and their kids were not considerate of others. If the hotel could have made softer or quieter closing doors, that would have been very helpful.

The room was incredible. They surprised us with a bottle of sangria for our anniversary. They also helped us book a reservation for a restaurant in the area(by recommendation from the front desk clerk.) it was incredible and they purchased a glass of sparkling wine for us aswell. Amazing experience. We will be back again.

Rent och snyggt, bra läge och trevlig personal. Ett hotell jag gärna rekommenderar och återvänder till.
