Stayed in the sea view suite room the room was amazing and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating working had day and night and keeping the place clean in line with the COVID situation Great stay very relaxing

My sister & I were in a master suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Cleaned every day to a very high standard, plenty of clean towels etc. also friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Unfortunately this hotel was let down by the quality of the food otherwise a great hotel in a super location.

Not a brilliant hotel for the money but in a good area for amenities. The quality of the food could have been better. The towels were too small. The safe in the bedroom was only available if you paid for it!

For $50., I expected a pension. I got a cute ocean view apt, with kitchen and balcony. The beds were European hard, Wi-Fi and safe was extra, but overall quiet and convenient. Don't buy their breakfast, great food everywhere!

For us the hotel was fine although it was basic we were not in it much. It is a bit run down however the breakfast was ok, and the rooms were clean. Which was all we really needed.

Value for money, food very good choice. No ironing board available & beds very hard.

Room not very fancy, but really clean. We got a free wifi with our room, which suppose to work only in reception but worked well in the room too! Might be a bit noisy for some at night (very close to few bars and restaurants), if you like to sleep with windows open, but closed windows plus air conditioning solves the problem.

We felt very disappointed, Wi-Fi not available in the room, even for extra charge, on Expedia web page says is available - that's why we choose this hotel, Wi-Fi in the reception - very very slow, staff in the reception not very helpful, when you check in they never mentioned about extra deposit for TV remote control, so if you find this out late at night you have to walk down, when they will tell you that have to pay by cash this deposit so you have to go back to your room .... pain in ... Cleaning service not very good, sometimes they not even changed the towels, when we booked the room with option all inclusive room description was " sea view" - and we never got this, we have got busy street view

Excellent value for money apartments fully equipped with kitchen facilities daily room service Half board meals good quality a variation of choice in the evening Location great for beach and various shopping centres and restaurants Very multi national, didn't come across other English speaking guests in hotel. In fact seemed to be very few in resort

Pleasantly surprised by this accommodation. Feel we got exactly what we paid for.

Godt beliggende ved større indkøbscenter, men meget trafikstøj fra nærliggende gade hele døgnet og støj fra diskotek til kl. 4 hver morgen.

We enjoyed our stay last year and this year - The food was very good both times but we felt that it was a little more run down this year. For example - the bathroom was leaking from somewhere ( the floor was always wet).and although the towels and sheets were always changed.they were old and had the odd little hole in them.

all of the staff was very helpful and every thing looked clean and tidy we came for a relaxing break but did not know when we booked it was gay pride week so some days and night were noisy

We had all breakfasts at hotel which was fresh with hardworking staff. Kidsclub was housed in an old shack with wiggly furniture. Entertainment was at the earliest at 830 pm, too late for our kids at least. Frontdesk the biggest disappointment, staff seemed uninterested and very tired of their job. Is impossible most frequently used phrase. Lower part of hotel is next to a parking lot that serves as a major party area for the locals. For three consequent nights we were awakened by a beatbox blasting from the trunk of a car. When we finally were assigned another room there were two cochroaches already staying there. We're not coming back.

Maintenance of the hotel was poor, Poor kitchenware, and low cleaning standard. Broken sun-benches But good location, mostly quiet

Évaluation de l’hôtel HL Suitehotel Playa del Inglés Accueil : Les réceptionnistes ne font aucun effort pour sourire ou être aimables avec les clients. Communication : Les consignes sont données très rapidement, sans explications claires et sans volonté de répéter. Chambre : La chambre est correcte, rien de plus. Coffre-fort : Le coffre-fort dans la chambre est payant, ce qui est choquant et très rare dans un hôtel. Restauration : Buffet à volonté mais très limité, avec peu de choix. Malgré une formule demi-pension, l’eau et le café sont facturés au petit-déjeuner et au dîner. Résultat : une facture supplémentaire de près de 40 €, ce qui est totalement abusif et inadmissible. Spa : Annoncé comme inclus, mais il faut obligatoirement passer par la réception pour y accéder. Les casiers sont payants, ce qui est incompréhensible. Le spa est dans un état catastrophique : sauna qui fonctionne à peine, installations hydromassantes hors service. Équipements anciens et mal entretenus. Ascenseurs : En très mauvais état, ils font un bruit horrible, donnant une impression d’insécurité. Animation : Aucune animation, ambiance inexistante. Conclusion : Hôtel très décevant, prestations largement en dessous des attentes. Trop de services essentiels sont payants, le spa est inutilisable et l’expérience globale ne justifie absolument pas le prix payé.

We stayed for 7 nights and it was nice/relaxing. The food was nice but not diverse. Breakfast and lunch was always the same thing but in the evening they had different menus like sushi or indian. I liked that. The only things we didn’t like was the bed. We booked a double bed but we got two single beds.. and that we had a cockroach on the balcony on our last night.
