We stayed for 7 nights and it was nice/relaxing. The food was nice but not diverse. Breakfast and lunch was always the same thing but in the evening they had different menus like sushi or indian. I liked that. The only things we didn’t like was the bed. We booked a double bed but we got two single beds.. and that we had a cockroach on the balcony on our last night.

We stayed here for 18 days and there are both good and not so good things about this particular hotel. To begin with, the rooms are spacious and very clean. People working here are polite and generally the atmosphere is nice. Location is really good, close to the beach and with good communication to the rest of the resort. It was easy to park, either in front of the hotel or in a street near by. The pools are nice and clean. Dinner was good and a lot to choose from. On the other hand, mattresses and pillows were not particularly comfortable. Elevators are extremely small and on the top of that they worked in perfect disharmony, meaning you could wait ages and then suddenly two of them would arrive at the same time. Further more, elevator would stop at each and every floor on your way up or down. We used the stairs most of the time, but if you're older or in any way disabled, it's not a solution really (we were on the 7th floor.) Next, don't count on WiFi in the hotel, it's unreliable and slow, so we used mainly our mobile network for browsing. They are performing some renovation on the first floor of hotel, so during workdays from seven in the morning it is very noise (at least in our part of hotel). The last but not the least, you're not allowed to have anyone visit you in the hotel. We had a nice stay all together, but I am not sure I would stay at HL Suitehotel again.

Stayed in the sea view suite room the room was amazing and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating working had day and night and keeping the place clean in line with the COVID situation Great stay very relaxing

Bra läge på hotellet, fantastisk personal och grym takterrass. Enda önskemålet är större variation på maten som serverades under vår vistelse

Great location, very close to the beach. I would go there again.

Utmärkta sängar, trevlig personal, goda möjligheter till Pilates, vattengymnastik, Yoga, stretch & ryggträning. Sol & bar på taket samt badstu med SPA i bottenvåningen. Varierad och god frukost och middag, buffeer & grill. Vuxenhotell med bra läge till Atlanten och Kasbah (med livemusik & dansmöjligheter varje kväll.é

Hotel is eigenlijk prima in orde. Mooie kamers, schone kamers, heerlijke stortdouchr, mooi uitzicht vanaf het dak waar de jacuzzi's zich bevinden. Het enige wat niet goed is, maar dan ook echt niet goed, is het eten. Koud, geen smaak, en veel op. Hebben ondanks halfpension diverse malen ergens anders gegeten. Hoorden dit van meerdere mensen.

Todo excelente menos el servicio de restaurante q fue pesimo y las comidas repetitivas ,ninguna novedad interesante

Rommet er rent og fint. Bra beliggenhet. God og varierende mat med stort utvalg (all-inclusive). Veldig bra 😎

Das Hotel war modern eingerichtet, das Personal war nett umd zuvorkommend. Insbesondere die Rezeption war jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Hôtel très proche de la mer à 100 m Un supermarché au pied de l hôtel Le bus direction l aéroport est à 50 mètres

tout était parfait , à conseiller ,propreté, accueil, et buffet.

pool und lage war top , minibar hingegen fehlten getränke war nicht voll und der lärmpegel nachts war hoch

Location is very nice! Variation of meals in AI could be little bit moore exiting... Service is what´s expected of hotel with 4-stars Steam sauna and some other things in spa didn't word, could be temporary but anyway...

My sister & I were in a master suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Cleaned every day to a very high standard, plenty of clean towels etc. also friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Unfortunately this hotel was let down by the quality of the food otherwise a great hotel in a super location.

Not a brilliant hotel for the money but in a good area for amenities. The quality of the food could have been better. The towels were too small. The safe in the bedroom was only available if you paid for it!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El recibimiento a las 10 de la mañana fue excelente. Nos dieron la habitación antes de las 14h y nos invitaron a desayunar mientras preparaban la habitación. La media pensión excelente en calidad de la comida y cantidad. La habitación preciosa y muy limpia. La entrada del hotel con zona para reuniones y trabajar es excelente. Todo el personal de recepción, del bufette, de la limpieza son muy amables y con un trato excelente. Los jacuzzis en la terraza son excelentes y de lo mejor que he disfrutado con unas vistas al mar y a las dunas espectaculares. Repetiría siempre que fuese otra vez a esta isla de vacaciones.

Zeer goed hotel! Tweede keer dat ik hier ben geweest. Vriendelijke mensen.
