Holiday World VILLAGE Hotel

Pros: The staff are the most kind and efficient we have ever met in any hotel in Europe. They are truly amazing professional, helpful, and always smiling. They absolutely deserve the best recognition and payment for their hard work. The food was good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. Overall, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made a big difference in our stay. Cons: Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in the gym, which was quite unpleasant. The bathrooms are unsafe: every time we used the shower, water would spill all over the floor, making it very slippery and dangerous. One of our family members even got a cut on her ankle because the shower door was unstable and moved unexpectedly. We constantly had to use lots of toilet paper to dry the floor after every shower to avoid slipping. The room conditions are quite poor — everything looks old and worn out, and several things are falling apart. Sin duda merecen el mejor reconocimiento y una excelente remuneración por su trabajo. La comida estaba buena, y el servicio en el restaurante fue excelente también. En general, la amabilidad y atención del personal marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra estancia. Contras: Lamentablemente, encontramos cucarachas en el gimnasio, lo cual fue bastante desagradable, muy sucio el gym.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not shown the hotel's services, such as towels or the amusement park, etc. The hotel's breakfast was ok, but all the juices were water with artificial coloring. The pool was terrible because the music was playing too loud all the time. The hotel has a big safety risk because the railings are way too low for little children who climb on them. If a child falls down, there is no net underneath. I'm sorry we chose a completely unsuitable hotel for us.

Absolutely incredible. Probably the single nicest hotel—for the price, value, room size and view we’ve EVER stayed in! I posted pictures of the view of the Mediterranean and the huge pool, which you could see from our very large balcony! Unbelievable views. The room had 4 separate rooms with doors! Great bed and bedroom. Large living room with table for 4. Separate kitchen with all amenities. And bathroom that is 4x bigger than most hotel bathrooms. Underground parking. Option to have free breakfast (not your typical hotel breakfast but 100s of options and freshly cooked food) or all-inclusive option (for a very reasonable up charge) to eat all 3 meals each day. The hotel has a 5 story atrium, which is so nice as well. Tons of things to do. Very family and kid friendly. Cannot say enough how much we loved our stay at Holiday World Village.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and a good variety. Room was clean and balcony big enough for sunbathing too. We loved the spa in the morning and beach club just across the road was the best fun! All pools were clean and safety was a priority. Plenty of activities for children and excellent entertainment in the evenings. There are gift shops, arcade and bars on site and swap shop at reception where we left sunscreen and kids items for the pool. Will definitely be back soon!

They charge you extra

Nice place but some areas where shut down in November probably for the winter.

Place is amazing, staff really, really nice. Guy at the pool is so lovely and welcoming :) the only one thing I would complain is the internet, very bad. But I still would give 10/10

Food good. Not enough sun umbrellas around pool to go into shade. Very limited . Sun loungers extremely uncomfortable with no recliner option Way too much single use plastic in use & no wooden cutlery

Das viele Essen das weggeworfen wird ist schrecklich in dieser Zeit. Das Buffet hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Kinderfreundlich haben wir erwartet, leider ist es aber ein Kinderhotel wo alle Kinder überall herumlaufen und schreien

Changing towels for 1 € is really funny. Food was every day the same. Really every day. No local food. Just fast food. Not all drinks were inculded. Just soft drinks and beers or red/white wine from the tap. The cleaning lady was top. She was very polite. We won't come again!
