Fantastisk hotell for barn og voksne.

Pros: The staff are the most kind and efficient we have ever met in any hotel in Europe. They are truly amazing professional, helpful, and always smiling. They absolutely deserve the best recognition and payment for their hard work. The food was good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. Overall, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made a big difference in our stay. Cons: Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in the gym, which was quite unpleasant. The bathrooms are unsafe: every time we used the shower, water would spill all over the floor, making it very slippery and dangerous. One of our family members even got a cut on her ankle because the shower door was unstable and moved unexpectedly. We constantly had to use lots of toilet paper to dry the floor after every shower to avoid slipping. The room conditions are quite poor — everything looks old and worn out, and several things are falling apart. Pros: El personal es el más amable y eficiente que hemos conocido en cualquier hotel de Europa. Son realmente increíbles profesionales, atentos y siempre sonrientes. Sin duda merecen el mejor reconocimiento y una excelente remuneración por su trabajo. La comida estaba buena, y el servicio en el restaurante fue excelente también. En general, la amabilidad y atención del personal marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra estancia. Contras: Lamentablemente, encontramos cucarachas en el gimnasio, lo cual fue bastante desagradable, muy sucio el gym.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not shown the hotel's services, such as towels or the amusement park, etc. The hotel's breakfast was ok, but all the juices were water with artificial coloring. The pool was terrible because the music was playing too loud all the time. The hotel has a big safety risk because the railings are way too low for little children who climb on them. If a child falls down, there is no net underneath. I'm sorry we chose a completely unsuitable hotel for us.

Changing towels for 1 € is really funny. Food was every day the same. Really every day. No local food. Just fast food. Not all drinks were inculded. Just soft drinks and beers or red/white wine from the tap. The cleaning lady was top. She was very polite. We won't come again!

Udemærket ophold. Hotellet mangler en overhaling - det er meget slidt. Poolområdet er godt, men der er utrolig højt musik hele dagen. Børneaktiviteterne henvender sig til engelsktalende børn. Mine børn kunne ikke være med til flere aktiviteter, da der var krav om engelsk tale. Det var ærgerligt. Ellers venligt personale.

We had a fantastic family holiday. The pools were perfect for our small children. Thank you! The old part of the hotel is a bit oldfashioned but we knew this when we did the booking (and the rest of the rooms will be renovated next year). The minigolf and playarea were also our kids favourite.

Agréable séjour

During the day very family friendly with lots of activities, at night however they moved the outdoor concert inside literally in front of our room with no chance of getting another room and no sleep for us before 11pm. Also the breakfast was terrible and very british

Stora fördelen är tillgång till stort vattenland och närhet till underbar havsmiljö. Minigolf uppskattades av barnen. Bra och lugnt läge på vissa rum. Första natten hamnade vi ovanför baren vilket var kaos då fick byta till ett fantastiskt lugnt och fint rum. Själva hotellet är slitet, skulle behöva renoveras. Allt är gammalt och slitet på rummen. Maten i all Inclusive är dålig. Kaos i matsalen. A la carte restaurangerna är ännu sämre, undvik dom. Gymmet är mögligt och vattenskadat, gå inte dit. Vi åker inte hit igen.
