Like always, Ercilla de Bilbao offers the outmost quality in everything they do. Great beds, excellent room amenities, fantastic service and staff, and good food. We will always be back to Ercilla de Bilbao.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, great rooftop bar. Only downside was the wifi--terrible service. In our five day stay, we were only able to get wifi service one of the days. They really need to upgrade it as I'm sure it's frustrating for business travelers (we were touring most of the time so it was an inconvenience while we were in the room.) Otherwise, friendly front desk staff, great service in the bar/restaurant. All in all, a good experience, but fix the wifi.

Main negative was no full length mirror so was very difficult to get ready. Wouldnt stay here again for this reason. Coffee facilities also poor in the room and breakfast very overpriced.

Lovely hotel, nice rooftop bar, perfect location. The hotel seemed to lose water for an hour or so one morning as we were getting ready (and this wasn’t commented on), but likely a one-off issue, and otherwise was great.

The Ercilla was probably once very nice though it is now a bit tired. The hallways are dim, decorated with simple, wrinkled framed posters (the same on each floor), there are signs of wear like doors with broken hinges, and well worm bathrooms. Highlights were the rooftop bar, breakfast though be sure to double check if your breakfast is included. We asked and were told that it was and then we were charged for it. Also the gym is light and airy though not set for those who want a serious workout as the dumbbells only go up to 30 pounds/14kg. And the television didn't allow for chrome casting though it said that it did. Overall it was ok, but we will try to find a nicer hotel for our next visit.

It is in a central part of the city not far fron the plazza moyuo. Easy to get to off the bus from the airport. Also a short 15 min walk to the old town.

Really nice room, lovely rooftop terrace bar (reserve a table in advance), very good breakfast buffet. Very good service. Only gripe was that the WiFi in the room wasn’t very strong - they did sort it but made video calls tricky.

We had good rooms on the first floor that were quiet and spacious and well-equipped. The rooftop bar was a great place to meet and relax. The hotel was in a good position for exploring the city. The breakfasts were good and the staff were very helpful.
