The hotel is very dated and certainly not 4 star- (maybe in 1985).Staff were incredibly rude. I was a solo traveller and it was impossible to get breakfast without a long queue. Never managed to find a sun lounger. Pictures are deceiving the pool is tiny and is certainly not comfortable for a family. There is a language barrier - but I don’t speak Spanish or French either. Room as ok very basic. No information given on check in. Entertainment- all I saw was a man with a keyboard, I believe 9-10pm then it’s like the hotel is closed. I didn’t stay in the hotel if I could avoid it but there isn’t anything close by. If you are travelling with a family I would certainly not recommend. Different rules on different days, I was saying goodbye to my family who were staying next door and I was told to move away from the front of the hotel. Left one day and went to the beach, returned later in the day wearing a crop top and shorts (perhaps an inch of mid-drift showing) and was refused entry back to my room because I didn’t have another top- I was told it was too much like swim wear, had to buy a T-shirt from across the road to get in. Similar outfit the previous day - no problem, asked why policy had changed I was told that was Tuesday, this is Wednesday. My room faced residential apartments with dogs constantly parking, and there were pigeons nesting on the bathroom windows. I travel often and I always look to provide balanced reviews but I genuinely cannot find any positives.

In summary the hotel has many positives, both the service provided by the staff and cleanliness are superb. The only thing to stop it getting full marks is that it is starting just to look a little tired and dated.

Lovely place. Outdoor Pool could do with a redesign to release more space. No one used the walkway or kids pool. Hampered the lifeguards view. Friendly staff. Food was good and varied. Our Room was very good, lovely bathroom. Short walk to fenals beach and to the bus station.

Typical Spanish resort hotel, which seemed popular with French tourists. Rooms located on 4 floors, surrounding the pool. Nice area around the excellent outdoor pool to sunbathe. Indoor pool is excellent for the months at the beginning and end of the summer season. Breakfast was really extensive and was better than expected for this type of hotel. The beach is a 10 minute stroll from the hotel. Parking was a bit pricey at 13.50 Euros per day and it was disappointing that the hotel was still charging for use of the room safe and the room fridge. Overall, happy with the hotel and I would stay at this hotel again on any future visits to Lloret de Mar.

In the description Expedia mention minibar in each room, which is not accurate, you have to pay 3 euros a day if you want to have minibar. The staff was super nice, except for a lady in the reception. The food option in the chiringuito where limited expectially for kid options. Breakfast and dinner where super good.

Nice modern rooms, friendly staff and a nice pool area and a very relaxing spa with a steam room, hot tubs etc. Guests tend to be older with no kids, which makes for quieter surroundings.
