Hotel ok, com a proposta de hotéis de meia pensão. Mais voltado para famílias com idosos e crianças. Se vc quer um hotel mais luxuoso, ou mais diferente, não é o caso. Café da manhã excelente, muitas opções! Atendimento bom!!

Ouï tout est super

J'ai trouvé le personnel pas très accueillant le sourire de leurs visages aux abonnés absents, les repas sont froid pas très variés et les boissons payante même l'eau. Nous sommes venus il y a quelques années et le SPA étais gratuit il est depuis devenu payant. Nous sommes déçu par rapport au séjours précédents.

It’s was great, but somethings are outdated and the a/c doesn’t cool much.

The hotel is very dated and certainly not 4 star- (maybe in 1985).Staff were incredibly rude. I was a solo traveller and it was impossible to get breakfast without a long queue. Never managed to find a sun lounger. Pictures are deceiving the pool is tiny and is certainly not comfortable for a family. There is a language barrier - but I don’t speak Spanish or French either. Room as ok very basic. No information given on check in. Entertainment- all I saw was a man with a keyboard, I believe 9-10pm then it’s like the hotel is closed. I didn’t stay in the hotel if I could avoid it but there isn’t anything close by. If you are travelling with a family I would certainly not recommend. Different rules on different days, I was saying goodbye to my family who were staying next door and I was told to move away from the front of the hotel. Left one day and went to the beach, returned later in the day wearing a crop top and shorts (perhaps an inch of mid-drift showing) and was refused entry back to my room because I didn’t have another top- I was told it was too much like swim wear, had to buy a T-shirt from across the road to get in. Similar outfit the previous day - no problem, asked why policy had changed I was told that was Tuesday, this is Wednesday. My room faced residential apartments with dogs constantly parking, and there were pigeons nesting on the bathroom windows. I travel often and I always look to provide balanced reviews but I genuinely cannot find any positives.

Super hotel ! Personels a l'écoute et très agreable ! La piscine est top celle interieure comme exterieure les animateurs animatrices sont super ! Merci vraiment a tous nous avons passé un super sejour on reviendra cest sur !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel. Les prestations étaient de qualité et le personnel s’est montré particulièrement serviable et attentionné. Petit bémol : il n’y avait malheureusement pas de place de parking disponible lors de notre arrivée. Toutefois, une solution nous a été proposée rapidement avec une place à l’extérieur, à environ 5 minutes à pied. Cela reste un détail face à l’ensemble des services offerts. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

C'est toujours impeccay

A part la literie que nous avions demandé de changer car pas assez ferme.(Matelas trop mou). Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir eu satisfaction et nous avons eu mal au dos. Pour le reste tout était convenable.

Felt like a holiday at this hotel. Spa was good to relax. Buffet was amazing.

The property is accessible and within walking distance to transportation, with many shops and restaurants nearby. If you want to explore the area on foot, some tourist spots are also walkable.

L'albergo non rispecchia esattamente un 4 stelle ma ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il personale è molto gentile, le stanze molto silenziose ed il ristorante di buona qualità e molto variegato. Punto a sfavore il parcheggio in quanto, avendo dimenticato di prenotarlo, non ne avevano a disposizione ed in zona è difficile trovare posto dove do ripiegare sui parcheggi privati.

Bonjour le séjour c'est globalement bien passé j'avais une chambre et que vu sur la piscine lit confortable avec pas que seulement des draps mais une couverture ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en Espagne je n'ai pas mangé sur place juste une fois le petit-déjeuner qui était très bien parking privatif à 23 € par jour les places dans la rue sont gratuites mais pas évidentes à trouver

Food terrible

Buen hotel, limpio, ordenado, la comida del bufet muy buena. La piscina bien tambien.

Maden var en stor skuffelse, som slet ikke levede op til hotelstandarten. Stort set alt var overtilberedt og salatbaren var uappetitlig. Personalet i restauranten virkede overbebyrdede og manglede overskud. Vi fik tidspunkter at spise på, som var ret sene. Jeg kan bestemt ikke anbefale all inclusive på dette hotel.
