Super convenient location, super close to the metro station and was able to walk to restaurants, shopping centers, and the Gran Via. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay at Hotel Gran Versalles! We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Gran Versalles in Madrid. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We had initially requested a higher floor room, and to our surprise and delight, they upgraded us to a VIP room on the 8th floor—what a wonderful gesture! The VIP room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered great views of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided exceeded expectations. The location is also ideal—quiet, yet close to everything, including metro access and charming local cafes. Customer service here is truly exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. This level of care made us feel truly valued as guests. We will definitely return to Gran Versalles the next time we’re in Madrid. Highly recommended!
