Hotel was in a nice area walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing location and comfy, quiet room

Hotellet ligger utmerket til dersom du tar t-banen fra flyplassen. Gangavstand til sentrum og mange hyggelige restauranter i nærheten. Vi hadde rom i 3. etg. Romslig med gode senger og et rent/fint bad. Minibar og safe og romslig skap til å henge klær. Savnet vannkoker.

Just an average 3 star experience really. Nobody went out of their way to make the stay exceptional as hospitality forward attitude nor anyone did a terrible job either. There is no GYM on property, despite asking around several times to figure out how to improvise instead, only on the last 2 days I come to find out there was a local gym they have the agreement with that can be used for 10Euro daily charge. This was an important amenitie to me as an athlete and it shouldn't have been this hard to find out this information. All front desk staff should know. Rooms were pretty standard, little bit on the small side. Showers were hot but no-door design always makes a mess on the floor. Breakfast was decent and fair value for the price given the convenience of it. If you are foodie or in Madrid to experience the food, you can certainly will do better outside for less the price. Location was good, everything you'd ever need is walking distance.

LOVED THIS HOTEL IT TRULY SHOULD BE. 5star. The housekeeping and guest service staff were always so friendly and kind. Their staff always greeted and always watch who was in and out of the building which made me feel safe. Its city center and so many restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect even their breakfast and bar.

Great stay, great staff, comfy. Here are some details: The room temp is completely in your control! Off, on, set your own temp, plus the window opens. There is a decent blowdryer, no iron/board, a typical hotel safe, TWO chairs, ample space for luggage, auto-light in large closet with mirrored doors, ok light in bathroom, but no bath exhaust. No workout facility or pool, but Retiro Park is under a mile away with fantastic run paths and an outdoor gym. Everything was very clean and tidy. The towels were thick and large. We are not bar people, so the fridge was pretty fully stocked, but if you're also not a bar person, just know the fridge is a little full and not super cold for your leftovers (tried adjusting the temp, but it was still just for wine/beer). I am already booked to stay there again because the lobby is nice, the rooms are comfy and clean, and the location was excellent! Also, all of the staff was just so nice. We were there for a week, including a weekend, so we probably met everyone and they all were great. My Spanish is not great, so it was a bonus that they all spoke English.

El hotel en si perfecto. La ubicación también. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con el servicio de comida a la habitación no fue bueno. Me dijeron que estaría en menos de media hora y tardaron 45 min en subirme la comida a la habitación. Estaba allí por trabajo y tenía el tiempo justo para comer. Además de llegar tarde al trabajo tuve que dejar la comida a medias.

For a 4 star hotel it was disappointing to see there was no facilities in the room to make a cup of tea. At night I had to go downstairs to the bar and pay 2.50 Euros each time i would want a cup of tea…But they have a full stock up mini bar with alcoholic drinks which to me was useless. Not even a complimentary water bottle on arrival
