Good breakfast buffet. Great location with plenty of options to dine and shop nearby. Close to the subway station and within walking distance of the main Madrid attractions, but not in the middle of the super touristy and super busy areas of the city.

Comfortable stay, very quiet, clean room, fully functioning amenities, very comfortable bed , highly recommend to get a hotel away from touristy area and still easily get where you want to go.

I liked the comfort of the bed. I did not like the rain shower head. It did not fall straight down. It instead squirted in different directions.

Overall good stay. All the things are better except there is no electric kettle and tea/ coffee facility in the room which was abit annoying for me as this is a basic provision for any hotel. I liked that Hotel provided umbrella every time I needed to go outdoor as the weather was rainy and stormy.

The area itself was a quiet, less touristic spot, but perfect for exploring and navigating in a safe and open setting. The services and help was good. An overall rating would be good.

Very centrally located next to everything you might want in madrid Overall everything was ok,although the hotel feels a bit dated,but everything was functional The only small issue was that during the weekend there was quite a lot of noise from the street below from all kinds of drunk people and the windows werent sufficiently soundproof

Great property and location; however, when booking with Expedia single room, they rooms are located on the side of the building that needs to go stairs to get to the elevator and the rooms are very small. I had to switched rooms the next day to the right side of the building with elevator. Also, property is a little noisy, wood floors don’t help, I hear the room upstairs, but overall it was a great place and very well located. Staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my request to change room. I will return.

The front desk staff were very friendly from the minute we walked through the door. The hotel is super cute and had a great little lobby to gather in. The room was great. Very clean. The mattress was a little hard for our taste but that is just a personal opinion. This was right off a Main Street. So we had the luxury of walking and being very close to a Main Street yet we didn’t hear anything. It was very easy to get to from the airport and there are three Metro stations within a block, so getting places was very simple. We were within walking distance of so many sites. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, except for the AC which was not working, I reported but they didn’t fixed it.
