Hotel Maydrit Airport

Staff very friendly and helpful, also good with English. Quiet, safe, super clean, slept well. Room and furnishings were flawless. Great shuttle and right on time. If I ever fly out of Madrid again, I will stay here.

Excelente localización y muy cerca de la estación del tren en el área de El Capricho en Badajoz. El hotel estaba muy limpio y la comida es muy buena. Los empleados fueron muy amables y profesionales. El hotel cuenta con transporte desde el aeropuerto y por cinco euros te transportan de vuelta si así lo deseas. En caso de preferir un taxi, el personal se encarga de llamar. Excelente hotel.

The mattress was brick hard, and caused me some hip issues and sleep disruption. The outlets were not charge compatible, so I had to go to the front desk and get an alternate. Dinner was nasty. The power went out about five different times. Shower was also too small.

A little dusty room

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The shuttle was punctual and the drivers were great!

Wonderful hotel experience- quality and service were both fabulous

It was really good for what we needed, stay one night close to the airport. I thought there was free 24/7 shuttle but there is not, it starts at 6am and cost €5/person. Nothing to complain about, it was what I expected.

The hotel was well located to the stadium that you can walk back from. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ate at the restaurant before the concert and the food was great.

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my entire trip to Spain and Portugal. I booked a room for three people, but upon arrival I was told that the hotel did not actually have a triple room available. Instead, they simply added an extra bed to a standard room. While not ideal, I decided to accept it and move on. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. During our stay in Madrid, the temperature was around 30°C. The room was unbearably hot, and the air conditioning was clearly not working properly. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told that it was a central system and could not be adjusted. The room remained extremely hot throughout the afternoon and night. The hallway and hotel lobby were significantly cooler than our room. The situation became so bad that I had to leave the room door open for hours just to get some airflow. Even then, the temperature was still uncomfortable. I barely slept the entire night because of the heat. A hotel room should provide basic comfort, and this room failed completely in that regard. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room appeared not to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. I used six Lysol disinfecting wipes to clean surfaces myself, and even the last wipe came away black with dirt. That was shocking and completely unacceptable. Overall, this was the most disappointing and uncomfortable stay of my trip. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

It would be nice if the airport shuttle is included

This is a great option for a hotel close to the Madrid airport. We've stayed at another Madrid airport hotel in the past, and this one was definitely an upgrade! The room and hotel were spotless, and the staff was helpful. We paid more than we thought we should have for a single night near the airport, but it was a good stay otherwise! Oh, and there's a shuttle to the airport, which is convenient.

Modern and clean

Excellent airport hotel. Large room with comfortable king bed and awesome bathroom. Shuttle service was excellent from and to the airport. Note there is a free going to the airport. There is a metro station a few minutes walk away which can get you to central Madrid within half an hour. I would definitely use this hotel again when I am in Madrid.

Clean room. Nice staff

Very convenient to the Madrid airport and downtown Madrid. We stayed to go to Riyadh Air Metropolitano and it was approximately a 2 mile walk. Nice amenities and we enjoyed the bar area.
