El personal muy amable, la habitación muy amplia y limpia, el desayuno incluido muy completo, está perfecto si tienes que tomar un vuelo al día siguiente, incluye transporte al aeropuerto sin costo, recomiendo.

La atención excelente de todo el equipo y la comida muy buena, es conveniente por la cercanía al aeropuerto además el shuttle es una gran ventaja. Seguro lo recomiendo

Happy with my stay, attentive staff, very clean facilities

I am a bicultural and bilingual English-Spanish speaker. We stayed at the Maydrit the night before returning to our home in the U.S., after visiting friends and family for the holidays. I had reserved a room with a king sized bed since that's what we have at home. The receptionist who checked us in said that unfortunately we'd have a room with two twin beds because the hotel was full and there were no rooms with king beds available. I didn't answer, just looked him straight in the eye. Then he said that he might be able to get us a king suite, but that since it was an upgrade, we'd have to pay more. So, let's see: I reserve a room with a king sized bed two months in advance, he tells me that he doesn't have one, then upgrades us, (because it's clearly their mistake), but charges us for the upgrade? What's wrong with that picture, señores? We said ok because we didn't want to argue. However, I did say that I had reserved a room with a king sized bed, as if to say, I don't expect nor want anything more or less, just what I reserved. Then, magically, he said that we would'nt have to pay anything extra because he had found what we booked - a room with a king sized bed. He must have sensed my disapproval. So, what was all of that about? Pocketing a supplement for himself, perhaps? Don't know. But this check-in experience together with the fact that the Maydrit is in a residential area with only one dining option outside of the hotel, means that we won't be staying there again.

Overall, I am grateful for the stay and for the airport shuttle. However, I was genuinely surprised by how thin the blanket was - closer to a sheet than a proper blanket. Considering it was mid-winter and around 0°C outside, this felt inadequate. I was exhausted and only had a few hours to sleep before my flight, so I didn’t contact the front desk or adjust the thermostat, prioritizing rest and quiet instead. As a result, the room felt uncomfortably cold. Even in summer, I typically use a thicker blanket, so this was quite unexpected.

It was our last day in Spain and we we wanted a hotel that had a shuttle service to the airport and a breakfast - it had both. The breakfast was good and varied. The shuttle service was great! The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean. The decor was modern. My only complaint was that the room was cold and the heating system did not really heat the room - although it was a very cold night.

Perfecto hotel, me quedé aquí porque tenía hielo temprano al día siguiente y cuentan con shuttle lo cual fue muy práctico, es complejo trasladarte a puntos turísticos porque es lejos pero no imposible. El hotel está en perfectas condiciones, un poco antigua pero muy bien conservado. Fui con mi esposo y excelente pero si quieres ir con amigos la regadera y baño tienen puertas transparentes.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable, me atendió muy bien e hizo la reserva del transporte al aeropuerto por mi.

Todos en recepción son super amables y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. La habitación limpia y el restaurante está muy bien.

No heat in room the first day, the staff refused to accommodate me in another room with heat. The temperature was extremely cold in Madrid, am requesting my money back.

Las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables. El hotel en general superó nuestras expectativas.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff

The room, and especially the bathroom, was terrific. We only had to wait less than 10minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Getting back to the Madrid airport the day of our departure was equally fine.
