Lovely room on 16th floor. Big bed, walk in shower and air con worked well. Breakfast was exceptional with wide variety of choice Great view from the roof terrace. Perfect location to access both old and new town.

The staff were incredible! The facility was clean and the food average but not much selection. Not being able to charge services to the room was inconvenient. I would stay again however.

The room was lovely, very clean and generally the staff were very helpful. Location was perfect for new and old town. The only negative to mention would be the hot food was never quite hot enough.

I cannot fault the building and amenities. All very modern and to a high standard. Roof top pool and bar breathtaking, with great service at both pool bars. Breakfast very good and well organised. Hotel was clean, but some details missed in the room, eg dust under bed, streak on mirror, dirty cups. What really let this place down was the service at reception. Incredibly slow meaning queues quickly build up and when we had an issue on arrival that the 3rd bed was not made up and no towels, it took us going down to them 4 times to get this sorted. In the end, they just gave us the sheets and towels and we had to do it ourselves. For a short stay, unfortunately this was a noticeable let down, despite the hotel being fantastic over wise.
