Hotel is fabulous but staff let it down with bad attitude

No security! Expect aimless wannabe social media stars from other hotels clogging up the lifts and wondering aimlessly around your corridors whilst burying their heads into their phones. Could be a fantastic hotel but it feels unsafe. Also needs repainting and the housekeeping was poor, not allowing change of towels or more bog roll!

So we booked a premium room for 4 nights on a half board basis. The hotel is clean, spacious and well located. Paid an additional 72 euros for parking. Our room was substandard with no view. In fact it was not cleaned without several complaints at reception on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. None of the soaps, shampoo or gels were replenished. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of choice of cooked items, more limited choice of fruits or healthy options. Dinner was not so good. Live cooking didnt happen, hot dishes were tepid. Salad bar okay. Desserts, very sweet and no icecream. Not worth the addtional supplement and would not recommend. Overall, a 4 star building with a below par experience and food. You can probably do way better for the price charged.

Cleaning staff did not clean the room on the Saturday when requested. No variety in the Breakfast buffet offer across a 7 day period and not hot enough. Bits of litter across different parts of the hotel, small bag left for 3 days near lift.

Great hotel, breakfast was great, good selection of food, and fresh, staff very friendly and helpful, great location for old town, great selection of drinks at the pool bar, and the cocktail at the rooftop bar were amazing, would recommend and definitely stay again, only one small criticism was not enough umbrellas for the pool, and people reserving sun loungers with towels and not using them.

Mycket bra boende,fräscht,stor balkong. Frukost jättebra bra utrymme. Hotellet har bra egen parkering där man kan hyra plats men i närheten finns även ett parkeringshus under marken. På hotellet finns en terrass med en bra bar liten pool och lite solstolar men en vacker utsikt. Finns även en större pool, bra lunch finns att köpa. Ligger en större livsmedelsbutik bredvid hotellet. 5 minuter till Gamla stan barer och butiker samt till stranden Rekommenderas detta fina boende.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es impecable. La respuesta del personal a nuestras necesidades era rápida y servicial: en nuestra habitación había poca presión de agua el primer día y por la noche se encendió sin motivo una luz de emergencia que se estropeó y a la mañana siguiente, al notificarlo, enseguida vinieron los de mantenimiento a arreglarlo todo en un santiamén. El bufet del desayuno es espectacular y si tengo que ponerle una pega es que si bajas a última hora el personal está revoloteando alrededor para preparar el siguiente servicio y es algo incómodo. Las vistas son espectaculares y el atardecer es una maravilla en las inmensas terrazas de las habitaciones. El bar del rooftop merece la pena por las vistas y la piscina de horizonte infinito que tiene. Lo único que no nos ha gustado es que cobran por todo una barbaridad: alquilamos un carrito de movilidad reducida para mi mujer y para poder cargarlo cada noche nos cobraban 4€ por el alquiler del enchufe. En tres días pagué el equivalente a 10 días de la factura eléctrica de mi casa completa. En nuestra anterior estancia, en la piscina había unas camas balinesas de uso libre, esta vez sólo se podían usar previa reserva de 50€ que incluyen 40€ en gasto en el bar de la piscina, así que siempre estaban vacías. En general es un gran hotel en el que se está muy agusto, pero abusan de los precios en todo lo no incluido. Por cierto las almohadas no me gustaron pero es algo muy personal.

Spacious rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast Sunbed to people ratio doesn’t seem to match especially if you went peak season. Drinks expensive in comparison to the rest of the hotels/ establishments however the backdrop from the roof is beautiful.

A fabulous hotel, great location. Would highly recommend.

The hotel itself is incredible, super location and very clean. Room is fantastic with everything you need and very modern with good views. Only grievance is with the rooftop bar. The pool itself is amazing, but had very bad service at night from the rooftop bar, as well as very watered down cocktails, which was pretty annoying as it is definitely one of the more expensive bars in Benidorm. Additionally the staff could have perhaps shown more concern around how the stay was, being asked if everything was okay etc would make it feel a bit more special so that was lacking. Probably wouldn't do breakfast again, good selection of stuff but found the quality of some of the items quite poor. That being said would definitely return due to location and cleanliness, but a few simple fixes and it would have been top notch.

Lovely hotel in decent location .All areas of the hotel are kept in excellent condition and are very well looked after and cleaned to a high standard . Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. Drinks are very reasonably priced for a hotel. My only fault was that the ground floor pool doesnt get sun until about 1 pm but wouldn`t put me off booking again and we will definately be back . Great Hotel - 5 stars

Fantastic hotel. Great breakfast, lovely rooftop bar and plunge pool. Main pool clean and plenty of beds & parasols available. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

This hotel was lovely and clean, rooms cleaned everyday and the pool area was brilliant, the bar prices were dead on for a hotel, would highly recommend 👌

Frokosten var utmerket. Det var ingen spillhall/rom som det stod at det skulle være. Mange av de ansatte kunne ikke engelsk. Fikk feil rom første kvelden ble lovet oppgradering neste dag. Dette var plutselig ikke mulig likevel. Sen utsjekk gikk heller ikke. Fint og nyoppusset hotell men en del å gå på når det gjelder høflighet og service.

The location, the rooftop pool and bar, the bed was soooo good

Got the wrong room type which couldn't be fixed, rooftop bar was always a long queue in the evening due to non residents. Breakfast was quite good. Pool bar staff were nice
