Por dónde empezar? Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bienvenidas. En nuestro primer día, conocimos a David, Miguel, Anthony, Moha, y los dos Carlos. Instantáneamente nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos amigos de siempre. Todos fueron muy atentos y cariñosos. El hotel está hermoso pero lo que hace a ROC Illetas espectacular son los empleados. Con decir que hasta lloramos al despedirnos de todos nuestros nuevos amigos. No cabe duda que pronto regresaremos.

Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma.

The hotel a little, restaurants around the hotel are limited. Hotel bar needs to improve cocktails. Room and the facility is clean. Our room was specious. Pools are enough, see is nice. You can take a bus to central locations. Breakfast was good. I plan to go again.

The overall Aspect of the Hotel is good ! Food is good, Staff always friendly and Helpful ! But,…. The Superior Room in the Annex Building is in DIRE need of Renovation - specifically the Bathrom ! Mirror reflection lining came of (and looked like a rugged frame at first, the grouting of the floor tiles , mouldy silicon seals—— So please dear Hotel Team - get going!

We were really disappointed with our stay here. From the start, no one offered to help us with our bags, even though we were two girls struggling with a lot of luggage. We had to maneuver the cart down a ramp ourselves. To make things worse, we were given the wrong directions to our room, which resulted in us unloading everything off the cart and carrying it down a full flight of stairs since the cart didn’t fit in the elevator. On top of that, we had paid for parking but were met with attitude from staff when they didn’t actually have a spot available for us. The room itself just okay, the mini fridge wasn’t stocked, the shower had no door and sprayed so aggressively that water went all over the bathroom, and there were clear signs of mold. Room service was equally disappointing, with food that simply wasn’t good. The location is nice but the hotel is dated Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish and definitely not worth the price. We wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The view and amenities were great but our room was average. The hot water for the shower didn’t work and the air conditioning was not strong so our room was warm. On top of that, our room smelled a bit of mildew.

Loved the views from the room and the access to the sea and beach from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing as well! We had some trouble with the friendliness of the staff - some at the desk were very friendly and others were not at all but we were always able to get the help we needed in the end with just a little bit of stress. Would still stay again!

The biggest redeeming quality of this hotel is the outdoor facilities and the swimming cove. The beds in the main building were comfortable and the room was pretty clean but I’ve never stayed in a louder hotel in my life. You can hear all of your neighbor’s conversations and it sounded like people above us were moving furniture every night. Fire alarm went off at 2am as well. AC in room was decent. Went through 6 key cards in 3 days due to them not working as well. (We are aware they can’t be near phones or magnets.) Breakfast was great. The $35 dinner buffet was okay but not great. Overall was okay for a first trip to Mallorca, but would stay at a neighboring hotel next time.

The hotel has nice view to the sea with access to the beach. They should provide free water bottles. There are only two or three restaurants near by and a small mini market. Most of the furnitures inside the hotel area are old. Parking spots are very small so if you have regular size car it is difficult to park. Pillows are very uncomfortable.

Fabulous, safe spot. Lovely little coves and beaches, plus mini-markets, restaurants etc. Staff seemed dissatisfied, bar reception. Breakfast staff absolutely appalling to the point of shouting at guests for removing dirty plates that should have been cleared to sit down. Food was chaotic and cooked often cold, but all else, great. Suspect there is an under-staffing issue there

Stayed here for a few nights in between European cities, which was nice to sit and enjoy the beach. Bus was super convenient into Palma, right outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet had decent selection and was nice to not have to go offsite for this meal. Pool area was nice and family friendly. Although they say reserving chairs is prohibited, people had their towels out bright and early reserving chairs. It is nearly impossible to get chairs by the pool/beach so be prepared. Service was very slow at the restaurants onsite, and staff at the pool bar wasn't very inviting. Rooms definitely need to be updated but did the job.

Pictures are extremely deceiving, very outdated, room 2.5 star at best. The price you pay is solely for the view of the BonSol hotel & lower deck area. No parking providing and no staff aside from front desk.
