Lovely setting but needs some work to bring it back to life

The overall Aspect of the Hotel is good ! Food is good, Staff always friendly and Helpful ! But,…. The Superior Room in the Annex Building is in DIRE need of Renovation - specifically the Bathrom ! Mirror reflection lining came of (and looked like a rugged frame at first, the grouting of the floor tiles , mouldy silicon seals—— So please dear Hotel Team - get going!

I thought the location was good and it did have amazing ocean views! I loved the vibe of the hotel just really needs to be updated and kept up clean.

We were really disappointed with our stay here. From the start, no one offered to help us with our bags, even though we were two girls struggling with a lot of luggage. We had to maneuver the cart down a ramp ourselves. To make things worse, we were given the wrong directions to our room, which resulted in us unloading everything off the cart and carrying it down a full flight of stairs since the cart didn’t fit in the elevator. On top of that, we had paid for parking but were met with attitude from staff when they didn’t actually have a spot available for us. The room itself just okay, the mini fridge wasn’t stocked, the shower had no door and sprayed so aggressively that water went all over the bathroom, and there were clear signs of mold. Room service was equally disappointing, with food that simply wasn’t good. The location is nice but the hotel is dated Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish and definitely not worth the price. We wouldn’t return or recommend it.

Sehr sauber, toll gelegen. Viele Restaurants und wunderschöne Strände. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir sind als Paar gereist und kommen gerne wieder.

The view and amenities were great but our room was average. The hot water for the shower didn’t work and the air conditioning was not strong so our room was warm. On top of that, our room smelled a bit of mildew.

Por dónde empezar? Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy bienvenidas. En nuestro primer día, conocimos a David, Miguel, Anthony, Moha, y los dos Carlos. Instantáneamente nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos amigos de siempre. Todos fueron muy atentos y cariñosos. El hotel está hermoso pero lo que hace a ROC Illetas espectacular son los empleados. Con decir que hasta lloramos al despedirnos de todos nuestros nuevos amigos. No cabe duda que pronto regresaremos.

Loved the views from the room and the access to the sea and beach from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing as well! We had some trouble with the friendliness of the staff - some at the desk were very friendly and others were not at all but we were always able to get the help we needed in the end with just a little bit of stress. Would still stay again!

Fint hotell som ligger precis vid vattnet men det är inte något 4 star! Vi bodde i Annexet och bortsett från möglet på rummet och att det luktar i hela huset så var det trevliga rum med bra balkonger. Sängarna är helt okey. Maten på buffén var förvånansvärt bra och vi var nöjda både med frukost och middag. Massa olika variationer att välja från. Fantastisk utsikt att sitta på uteplatsen och äta både morgon och kväll. Men de upp för måsarna! Trevligt poolområde med fantastisk utsikt och möjlighet att hoppa direkt i havet vid hotellet. Bra och trevlig personal även om det tog lång tid för dom flesta. Skulle vi komma tillbaka?? Nja….anser att hotellet är överpriset för vad du får och standarden.

Läget för hotellet är väldigt bra, nära till Palma och ligger väldigt fint vid havet med möjlighet till både havsbad och bad i pool. Hotellet har dock sett sina bästa dagar, vi hade bokat en deluxe suite och hotellrummet hade otrolig utsikt över havet men hade inte fått mer än 3* i bekvämlighet, speciellt för sängen och kändes överlag slitet. Väldigt bra frukost!

Fantastiskt läge, supergod och stor frukostbuffé, vacker miljö. Rent och fräscht efter städning varje dag. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Koin itseni tervetulleeksi saapuessani ja sain toivomukseni mukaan huoneen yläkerrasta. Alue sopii myös yksin matkustavalle, turvallisen ympäristön vuoksi. Osa asiakaspalvelijoista oli hyvin positiivisia, osa vakavia/pidättyväisiä. Hotellissa oli loistava aamiainen ja illallisbuffet sekä hyvin auringonottomahdollisuuksia. Merivesi oli kirkasta ja yksityisen rannan merenpohja roskaton. Kivipohjan ansiosta kohde soveltui hyvin myös snorklaukseen. Viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä oli myös julkiset, joskin ruuhkaiset uimarannat. Hotellia vastapäätä on minimarket, isompi ruokakauppa oli kilometrin kävelyn päässä. Hotellin edustalta kulki myös linja-autoja. Huoneen oven elektroninen lukko ei toiminut alkuun, korjaaja sai sen korjattua. Huoneessa oli myös muurahaisia, jotka tulivat lattian raoista. Huonepalvelu sai pidettyä muurahaiset poissa aina päivän kerrallaan. Huoneistojen seinät ja ovet olivat aika ohuet, minkä vuoksi käytävästä kantautui helposti ääniä. Jos on kovin herkkä, kannattaa ottaa korvatulpat. Hotellin asukkaat arvostivat onneksi hiljaisuutta. Hotellin alakerrassa oli spa-osasto, eli saunat ja suihkut sekä lepotuolit. Spa-osastolta sai myös hierontapalveluita ja kasvohoitoja. Petra-niminen hieroja oli aivan loistava.

Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma.
