Rented an ocean front room with a kitchen. Very nice and highly recommended! However, hotel management staff suddenly and without warning cut off the electricity to our room. This prevented us from using our kitchen while making breakfast and using the bathroom (no lights) for about 2 hours. Hotel manager was difficult to deal with and did not help us with our problem. He identified himself as sub director “M.M” and was rude and confrontational over a simple issue. Very unusual experience. However, the general staff at the hotel were good. Front clerks helpful and cleaning staff excellent.

Very clean and pleasant hotel w/ nice options for restaurants and swimming in the ocean or pool. Hotel staff and room services were great. The bikes were rather old and undersized for a taller person. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

It’s a little tired and a real shame with the breakfast, great selection but the hot food was cold ( the hot plates didn’t work). On the first day, turned up 30 mins before breakfast ended and everything freezing, limited options as they didn’t replenish anything, churros rock hard and sausages undercooked. Second day went early and same again, the staff in the restaurant apologised and spoke to reception but said there is nothing they could do as no one else has complained… rude
