Good location and hotel rooms are large

Property in a very nice area with nice view if you get sea view room. The downside to this property is EVERYTHING cost extra. Breakfast not included, 3 restaurants in hotel but portion sizes not worth the price. Hotel offers airport shuttle but it is the same price as taking a taxi, I recommend catching the train everywhere. I messaged the property before my arrival about checking in and shuttle and no reply. Staff was only there to check me in and out. I got stuck on the elevator and called numerous times with no answer. I sat there nearly in a panic before the doors decided to open after pressing all the buttons numerous times. I was missing a towel in my room and called to receive no answer. I did feel safe during my stay and the location was quiet. The room is outdated as far a furniture but I was only staying a short time. My room TV did not work. This property is okay if you want a nice view for a good price but don’t expect nothing more than that. Is it located right on the beach so that’s always nice as well. I was a solo traveler for 3 days.

Old hotel, lot of noise, great view

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-organized. All the amenities were excellent and worked exactly as expected. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of this property. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to improve. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful location. Room has all that we needed. The buffet breakfast was the best we have seen in Europe!

Everything was amazing

It was the perfect place, clean, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in a suite with a beautiful view, which made the experience even better. The staff was respectful of our space and never made us feel rushed, even at check-out. The entire stay felt relaxed and laid-back! exactly what I needed!!

Clean rooms and great views, thank you

Rooms were clean, resort is well laid out, views are lovely, pool and games room was great for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Despite all this the hotel hasn’t really understood that people need coffee in the morning. The resort is off the beaten path so you can’t just pop out and get one. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker but only two pods (for four guests) are provided. After using those we asked if we could get/pay for more pods and we could not. We asked if we could buy coffees from the restaurant/breakfast buffet, and again we could not. This is something that should be addressed by the hotel - modern hotels should have some access to coffee for guests. Front staff told us there was nothing she could do for us (even though there are clearly pods and fresh coffee on site). Disappointing to say the least.

Lovely hotel with fantastic room and views. We only stayed one night but wish we had booked for longer. The breakfast also deserves a mention as there was a great selection. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be looking forward to returning

two single cheep metal bed Join to make double uncomfortable

The apartment was spacious and had all amenities required including ,microwave, kettle,cutlery and utensils and even a washing machine if needed . This was a great advantage as due to the stormy weather I couldn't venture out every day for lunch and or dinner with my kids so we bought essentials from the minimart attached to the hotel.The property is a little dated in furnishings etc but is well maintained and kept very clean with fresh towels almost daily and toiletries topped up . The breakfast was more than satisfactory and there was ample choice between hot and cold buffet with live station for eggs ,pancakes and waffles that kept the kids happy. There is a large heated indoor pool and jacuzzi,although we would have spent more time in the pool had it been a bit warmer. The games room has table tennis, pool table and a bar football table to spend some time .Have been to Sitges many times over the years but my first stay in this hotel, its a quiet location right on the sea front and a half hour walk to the main centre, cabs are easy to get but can cost almost 20€ one way which is steep IMO ,however the hotel has ample bikes offered gor free rental if you choose to be active and want to get the town straight road all the way . The staff are very friendly and helpful as and when required.

Beach access to property is difficult, no straight pathway.
