Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms

I had a quick issue with the air conditioner and the staff quickly moved me to another room, which meant a lot to me and my wife. I did not have to ask for it they just acted upon. Speaks loud and how far and beyond they go for their guests

De todos los hoteles que me quedé en EuroTrip este fue el mejor; tiene una parada de bus, a un minuto caminando, de la salida del hotel (146 te lleva hasta el centro de Madrid sin tener que hacer transbordo) puedes pagarlo al subirte aunque nosotros hicimos algunos transbordos al metro para poder llegar a otros lugares que teníamos que ir, y compramos una tarjeta que nos resultaba más fácil el pago; el desayuno era un desayuno continental bien variado y súper rico demasiadas opciones para elegir; el staff del hotel demasiado atento; el transporte al aeropuerto fue bien programado y lo tomamos a las 8am solo nosotras y el joven nos ayudó a desmontar y a montar las maletas. 100% recomendado

Impeccably clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient.

Breakfast was very good.

The only complaint we had was that we could not get the shuttle from the airport. Despite calling ahead as instructed we were told to call when we got there. Unfortunately we were unable to connect so had to take a cab. The hotel is beautiful! The staff were professional and friendly and helpful. The breakfast is second to none.

We couldn’t remember what type of room we booked but were delighted when we reached it. The bed was enormous and we also had a sofa and a couple of tables/chairs. The room also had a safe, WiFi and a fridge along with tea/coffee facilities. The towels in the bathroom were fabulously large which was great. The toiletries provided were also nice too. We had breakfast every morning which had a large array of delicious things to choose from. We were in our element! We spent long days in the city and ordered room service each day when we returned - it was extremely good and the portions of the meals we chose were very large - so much so that we couldn’t finish them. In fact on the last evening we shared a meal which was more than enough for us ! The bus into the city runs from right outside the door of the hotel and operates a regular service every day. A travel card of 10 journeys only works out to be about 8 euros and even if there are two of you , you can share one travel card which is brilliant! There isn’t anything about this hotel that I can fault and would not hesitate to recommend it.

The hotel was perfect in every single way with the exception there was no microwave. As long as the price stays reasonable, I would absolutely stay here again. The location is exceptional, no car needed. The 146 bus that takes you downtown and within walking distance from the Royal Palace is directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel (146) bus stop is the first stop and the last stop is closest to the Royal Palace. The fare is $1.50 each way, tap and pay only. The metro train is also close by, about 10 min walk from Hotel. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! Many options and even a cook to order omelette station, well worth the extra fee, you won’t regret it! The staff were all extremely delightful and very accommodating. The rooms were adequate, equipped with toilet and bidet, walk-in rain shower and refrigerator filled with beverages to purchase. We were in a room with 2 twins pushed together as a king. The beds were extremely comfortable with 3 pillows per person!! Twin bed pushed together as a king can be separated. The one and only minor issue we had with the room was there was no microwave. Room service is available up to 11 pm and they come quickly with your order 🤗 The free shuttle was on point! It was my birthday week and our 1st day we checked in then went out sightseeing when we returned in the evening there was a slice of cheesecake with Happy Birthday inscribed on the plate in chocolate icing coming

Great room and breakfast, pretty close to the airport.

On the one hand the Hotel was great but the first room that was granted was a little on the small side. On the other, although the Hotel has an airport van, the only way to schedule it when being picked from the airport required that one had to call a phone number and not through an email

We spent only one night here, but definitely would come back. The staff are not 100% friendly, The Manager is very professional, responsive and customer oriented. Great place.

Excellent hotel near the airport that provides a shuttle. Enjoyed the restaurant as well!

Wanted a quick bite before bed and flight the next morning. Stopped by for the convenience and was amazed at the quality and service. Had the best Caesar salad and red wine at reasonable price. Service was efficient. Atmosphere was lively at the bar but quieter near the courtyard. Outdoor seating too.

Close to airport. Nice rooms short drive to turist and central area
