I have stayed in 4 different student accommodations in 3 different cities and never once I have been in a place as unsatisfactory as this. I arrived on the metro, which conveniently has a stop on lines 4 and 6 directly outside. The one positive I will tell you that the place has. I went up to my room which was absolutely BOILING HOT. The windows in my room were in direct sunlight and the heat was baking through the window. I swiftly shut the window blinds to keep it cool and checked the room out. Thank goodness we had air conditioning. After this, I continued to look around the room. It was ok to start, with a double bed, desk and chair and another chair. I continued on my tour and discovered, we had no shower gel in the bathroom. A bit tight. even in other student dorms I've stayed in they've had that, but whatever. That is a major issue for this place, absolutely nothing is nearby. There's a cafe which had a queue out the door, and a kebab shop inside, and an opticians. Literally, that was it. I found myself perpetually on the metro any time I wanted food or to go to the beach. Then, smack bang in the middle of my stay, I was lying on the bed and I turned my head to see a cockroach on the bed, mere centimetres from my face. This place is GROSS. Mosquitoes, Wasps, Flies, Cockroaches, they have them all. I told reception, who asked if I left the window open and said they would inform the cleaning staff. Who never visited. This place is a mess. Just look at the roof

It aint worth it. They dont know what means to run a hotel, they dont know how to speak with customer, they always give attitude, arrogant, avoid at all cost! Bathroom its full of damp!

A nice place to stay that was exactly what I needed

The furniture in the room were not new or the best by any standard but the room was clean and spacious. It is good for a night or two. The issue was that It was not clear online that this is a hostel not a hotel.

The room was good value for money and the hotel had nice breakfast. Unfortunately, check-in and check-out are a bit slow and we had to wait in line a good 5-10 mins to be attended. There's nothing special within walking distance, but it's great if you're driving as you can park easily and free just on the main avenue outside. Unfortunately, there were renovations happening when we stayed, so we woke up to the sounds of hammering drills.

Basic clean comfy cheap accomadation we stayed here for 27 euro a night, great air con,clean and comfortable basic but what do you want for 27 euro would defo use again no problem parking for 5 euro a night

This is not a hotel. It was university students accommodation.It would have been nice if it was stated on voucher that it is a university accommodation NOT A HOTEL. Please change on your website as it is miss leading as it is not a hotel. Thank you

Didn't feel like a hotel room at all. It was a bit confusing trying to find the reception area to check in. Our room felt like an old dorm room from college. Pretty far from central area.

We were here for a conference at the UPV & it was walking distance to the conference venue. It was a nice stay w. Room service done everyday. Dorm style,equiped w.kitchen & utensils.had low noise level due to summertime. Only issue we had was getting an iron,the reception did not hv a mechanism to get mec

Todo muy bien, excelente infraestructura/habitación, muy comoda y limpia, sin problemas de accesibilidad, excelente ambiente dentro de la habitación, muy bueno para familias... Muchas gracias!

Room is ok, no warm bed sheets possible in summer time and cold air conditioning could not be turned of.

Les employés étaient très gentils et compréhensifs, cependant les jeunes du campus font beaucoup de bruit le soir. C’était le cas de nos voisins qui nous empêchaient de dormir. Plusieurs fois, nous avons du demander à quelqu’un d’intervenir au milieu de la nuit pour que cela cesse. Le prix est raisonnable pour l’hébergement, bus et tramway passent juste devant le bâtiment. Le buffet à 5€ était également parfait pour son prix. Je recommande!

Me estancia fue buena, el problema es que la habitación estaba muy sucia, el baño estaba asqueroso, las toallas no olían nada bien, suelos sucio… pero, las habitaciones son grandes, las camas son cómodas, es grande y no se escucha ruidos desde la habitación
