大学の学生寮を利用したホテル 安いだけで、学生が夜中（１２時近く)に花火をならし寝れなかった。 近くに、レストランもBARもなく、食事に困った。仕方なく３０分程度 歩くこととなつた。窓を開ければ向いの部屋から丸見えです。 但し地下鉄の駅には、近い（AVEの駅には乗り換えが必要です） 寝るだけと割り切れば、コストのみお得 但し隣の部屋の音は、良く聞こえた。

Todo muy bien, excelente infraestructura/habitación, muy comoda y limpia, sin problemas de accesibilidad, excelente ambiente dentro de la habitación, muy bueno para familias... Muchas gracias!

Room is ok, no warm bed sheets possible in summer time and cold air conditioning could not be turned of.

La limpieza en los aseos y plato de ducha es terrible

I have stayed in 4 different student accommodations in 3 different cities and never once I have been in a place as unsatisfactory as this. I arrived on the metro, which conveniently has a stop on lines 4 and 6 directly outside. The one positive I will tell you that the place has. I went up to my room which was absolutely BOILING HOT. The windows in my room were in direct sunlight and the heat was baking through the window. I swiftly shut the window blinds to keep it cool and checked the room out. Thank goodness we had air conditioning. After this, I continued to look around the room. It was ok to start, with a double bed, desk and chair and another chair. I continued on my tour and discovered, we had no shower gel in the bathroom. A bit tight. even in other student dorms I've stayed in they've had that, but whatever. That is a major issue for this place, absolutely nothing is nearby. There's a cafe which had a queue out the door, and a kebab shop inside, and an opticians. Literally, that was it. I found myself perpetually on the metro any time I wanted food or to go to the beach. Then, smack bang in the middle of my stay, I was lying on the bed and I turned my head to see a cockroach on the bed, mere centimetres from my face. This place is GROSS. Mosquitoes, Wasps, Flies, Cockroaches, they have them all. I told reception, who asked if I left the window open and said they would inform the cleaning staff. Who never visited. This place is a mess. Just look at the roof

It aint worth it. They dont know what means to run a hotel, they dont know how to speak with customer, they always give attitude, arrogant, avoid at all cost! Bathroom its full of damp!

Les employés étaient très gentils et compréhensifs, cependant les jeunes du campus font beaucoup de bruit le soir. C’était le cas de nos voisins qui nous empêchaient de dormir. Plusieurs fois, nous avons du demander à quelqu’un d’intervenir au milieu de la nuit pour que cela cesse. Le prix est raisonnable pour l’hébergement, bus et tramway passent juste devant le bâtiment. Le buffet à 5€ était également parfait pour son prix. Je recommande!

Me estancia fue buena, el problema es que la habitación estaba muy sucia, el baño estaba asqueroso, las toallas no olían nada bien, suelos sucio… pero, las habitaciones son grandes, las camas son cómodas, es grande y no se escucha ruidos desde la habitación

Voor de prijs kwaliteitsverhouding vond ik het hotel goed. Ik ben samen met een vriendin 5 dagen geweest. Wat ik minder vond was dat we geen schone handdoeken kregen. Ook werden de kamers niet verder schoongemaakt. De kamers waren over het algemeen goed schoon. Helaas had je wel wat kalk aanslag in de badkamer. De airco werkte in onze kamer erg goed. Ook was het personeel vriendelijk. Ik zou hier zelf wel terug komen als we in iedergeval wel vaker schone handdoeken krijgen. Pas wel op me je fietsen opslot zetten als je die hebt gehuurd. Zet de fietsen het liefst op het terrein neer want onze fietsen zijn gestolen toen we ze vast hadden gemaakt aan de lantarenpaal. Dus pas daar mee op

Me gusto mucho la ubicación cerca a la playa Malva Rosa y transporte muy cómodo y práctico a la ciudad a excepción de los fines de semana !

Habitación amplia, camas comodas y baño también amplio. Se agradece la pequeña terraza sobre todo para secar las toallas. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien lo cual se agradece con las altas temperaturas del exterior. El único fallo la falta de limpieza. La habitación estaba justita desde el momento en que llegamos. Hanía pelos en la ducha, el vater estaba por fuera bastante sucio, había chorretones de liquido que se habia caido tipo batido o cafe por algunos de los muebles. Lo que hacía ver que se limitan al cambio de sabanas, limpieza del interior del vater y lavabo y fregar la habitación antes de que llegues. No hay servicio de limpieza durante la estancia, pero no te dejan ni una escoba en el cuarto para que puedas repasarlo. Por lo demas tanto toallas como sabanas limpias.
