Avoid this place! The bedsheet and towel had stains. The throw pillow was broken. The body wash bottle was broken and did not dispense the liquid. The only good thing about this place is the location. There was no staff on site. There was no elevator. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the past 25 years!

Para comenzar la foto que tiene en Expedía no es real! La ubicación es perfecta. Tiene todo a menos de 5 minutos. Por la ubicación el ruido a la hora de dormir es terrible. Lo que entiendo se podría mejorar haciendo arreglos básicos. Cómo cambiar la puerta y cerradura que da al balcón. La cocina es compartida con 2 cuartos más. Lo que no se dice en su página. Pq muestra un apartamento completo. La habitación tiene muebles simples, viejos y no bonitos. Deberían de cambiar las losas del Piso pq están rotas y manchadas. El baño es pequeño y tiene problemas de humedad . El agua se sale un poco de la ducha . La comunicación con los de servicio fue excelente . Necesitan un zafacon más grande, pintar , cambiar cortinas en fin algo de decoración mejoraría la apariencia! Las escaleras para subir están en gran deterioro, sucias y varias rotas. La puerta principal es negra y poco bonita! Si no tienes cuidado por lo pesada que es te tumba. No hay toalleros en el baño para poner las toallas . En fin faltan detalles simples para que sea más acogedora la habitación . Si hay agua caliente y el aire funciona más o menos. Tienes tren, guaguas, comercio , restaurantes todo cerca!! Es una gran ventaja. Si buscas dormir y bañarte ! Te lo recomiendo!! Pero si tienes limitaciones de subir escaleras y buscas comodidad y un lugar bonito. No debes quedarte ahí. Siempre estuvieron en comunicación conmigo. Pero las fotos de Expedía no son reales todas

La ubicación es perfecta. Pero la foto original en Expedía muestra una sala que no existe. Necesita varios detalles para que pueda ser un lugar acogedor! Comenzamos Con el baño ! No tiene donde poner toallas, el agua de la ducha se sale y es un poco pequeño. Si tuvimos agua caliente todo el tiempo. Al no tener extractor la humedad afectado la madera cerca de la puerta . Las camas son aceptables pero no tan cómodas. Mesas débiles y simples! Nada de decoración . La puerta del Balcón y la cerradura deben ser cambiadas. El aire funcionó! Demasiado de ruido en la calle a todas horas. Si cambian la puerta podría evitar que el ruido afecte tanto. El closet poco decorativo . La comunicación fue excepcional. Ningún problema para entrar el código de las puertas funcionó sin problemas. Si es para dormir y bañarse funciona por el precio. Exceso al tren, bus ect.

This small hotel is in a great spot in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of many shopping, dining and cultural attractions. The bed and bath are high quality. Travelers with heavy luggage or cardiovascular issues should beware that all rooms require climbing a significant number of stairs, the lowest being on the second floor (third to Americans). There is considerable street noise; although we found it atmospheric, others might want a quieter environment. The room could be improved considerably by two small additions: small tables next to the bed and a rack for towels in the bath. Overall, a good and convenient place to stay.

This property was great for location. Everywhere we went was either walkable or a 1 minute walk from the metro. The host was very responsive, especially with difficulties during check-in. Whenever I had various questions about transportation, restaurants, or sight-seeing, the host supplied us with information. I only had 3 issues with the property. The first was walking up 10 flights of stairs everyday, especially the first day with luggage. Our room was on the 5th floor. Consider the no elevator listed in the property details when booking. 2: You can’t flush toilet paper/paper towels in the toilet. Upon googling this, it seems to be a common thing in Spain. However, other places we visited like restaurants in the area didn’t have this rule. 3: The previous issues were very minor. However, this issue is the reason I leave a 3-star review instead of 5. There was a constant banging noise through the wall from 8/9AM - 1PM. It woke me up several times, making me extremely tired on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. (If you plan on getting up before 8AM, I don’t think it’ll be a problem). I mentioned it to the Host, and they responded right away saying they would check on it. However, that doesn’t change the fact that the noise was very disruptive to our vacation. If this is a normal occurrence, it wasn’t mentioned in property details when booking. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the responsiveness of the host, and the ease of check in was very pleasing.

WATCH OUT: AMENITIES DO NOT MATCH THE ROOM DESCRIPTION AT ALL!!! Location is great and place was clean but it doesn’t correspond at all with what I booked: a double comfort room with queen size bed and I got a twin bed in a room I could touch both walls by stretching a little - clearly couldn’t have accommodated a full size or queen size bed! Free WiFi was non existant (no WiFi). It was such a mismatch between what was advertised and reality that I didn’t even try to resolve with the agent, as I only had one night there and didn’t want to waste time on it.

La peor calificación se queda corta para tan terrible propiedad, está muy bien ubicada, pero tiene demasiados defectos, las habitaciones olian mal, no hacen aseo diario, los escalones interminables y en mal estado, la peor propiedad en la que haya estado jamas, procuraré NUNCA volver

Tengan cuidado, no existe este hotel, es una estafa, imposible contactar a la propiedad, incluso me apoyé con la misma aplicación y ellos tampoco pudieron contactarlos, tengan mucho cuidado porque no existe, sólo hay una puerta negra, incluso nosotros nos apoyamos con la policía, y nos dijeron que no hay movimiento en esa puerta

Muy centrico y limpio lu unico no vimos a nadie del inmueble pero todo se manejo muy bien gracias definitivamente lo volveria a escoger para una 2da visita

TERRIBLE- From complaint- It was a gift for my daughter and I had recommended myself with the structure so that they could clean and everything was ok. Instead it was a disaster. The negative reviews are all true! It's dirty everywhere with black dust and under the bed woolly.. a sewer smell coming from the bathroom- and the worst thing was the BROKEN heaters. Not working for both nights. Despite the complaints, no one came to turn them on. Ne to explain to us how to make them work- They left the girls in the cold (February) and came back sick. NEVER BEEN WORSE. And they ruined my birthday present. They should CLOSE TERRIBILE- Da denuncia- Era un regalo per mia figlia e mi ero raccomandata con la struttura affinché pulissero e fosse tutto ok. Invece é stato un disastro. Le recensioni negative sono tutte vere! É sporco ovunque di polvere nera e sotto il letto laniccio.. una puzza di fogna che viene dal bagno- e la cosa peggiore sono stati i riscaldamenti ROTTI. Non funzionanti per tutte e due le notti. Nonostante i reclami, nessuno é venuto ad accenderli. Ne a spiegarci come farli funzionare- Hanno lasciato le ragazze al freddo ( febbraio) e sono tornate malate. MAI STATA PEGGIO. E Mi hanno rovinato il regalo di compleanno. Dovrebbero CHIUDERE

La habitación olía mal, pésima atención no vimos la habitación hasta que entramos quisimos cancelar y no nos dejaron hasta el día siguiente, lo sillones como despintados olía a cigarro y como frijoles quemados horrible

La verdad es que nos desilusionó mucho el estado del lugar. Mi madre tiene 80 años y estábamos en una tercera planta sin ascensor. Nunca pensamos que no hubiera ascensor y subir y bajar las maletas fue horrible. Tampoco estaban las ventanas insonorizadas por lo que si prestábamos atención, podíamos incluso saber de lo que hablaban los que estaban sentados en la terraza que estaba debajo de la ventana (no me quiero ni imaginar cómo era dormir en la primera planta!). Mi hermano es arquitecto, es muy sencillo incluir un ascensor en ese edificio. Con el precio que cobran, no entiendo el estado del edificio.
