Very nice, great breakfast.

10 or 20 min walk to the metro made it the perfect stay for us as we took all day to go and explore Madrid and Toledo and come back to a clean cozy room to sleep.

Property is average with all the basic amenities. Neighbourhood is safe, good with a lot of food, gas and shopping options. Staff is not very friendly but I guess its because of the language difference. Overall, its worth the price.

Hotel and staff very good. However located next door to a closed shopping centre and also in a downmarket area which seemed scruffy

Friendly and helpful staff Big rooms,and good air-condition. The only thing that i really dislike is the fact that the fridge cannot be used because they put in their drinks and if you even move any you will have to pay a leg and kidney. So ,I suggest remove your drinks and rice the temperature of the fridge. Other hotels left a bottle of water or so to welcome their guests and left clair that anything else you will have to ask and pay for it Thank

Breakfast was good, hotel was well kept. Staff were friendly. Rooms were not kept as new, but was good.

basic, the most 2-3 star hotel. Very uncomfortable beds, dark and outdated rooms. Poor AC and air quality in the rooms.

It was a disappointing stay, considering the price. It was a really hot weekend in Madrid and our mini-fridge in the room didn’t work, so we told the staff at reception and they said that someone would take a look at it while we went out during the next day. However, after we returned to the hotel and asked at reception if they had done anything, the man at reception was very rude and said that we hadn’t asked anything, all while the colleague we had spoken to was standing right next to him listening and saying nothing. He spoke in a completely condescending tone and it was a very unpleasant way to speak to two guests who were just asking something. They were really unhelpful and it felt like they didn’t particularly want to do anything to help us. Furthermore, the room was not particularly clean and the beds weren’t great. For the price, you’d expect more than two singles beds pushed together. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

Well located for me as I had to walk to xtreme Madrid. And since I needed a PCR test, I could also do it in walking distance. A kot of shops, restaurants close to the hotel

Hotel was comfortable and served purpose. Was a business trip so didnt require frills. Located in commercial area so not suitable if you want to go site seeing.

Good hotel for bussiness trips in Alcorcón, nice bathroom and bed. Great location

Overall excellent. The last day found it quite noisy as I could hear people’s alarms(phone) and hair dryer and someone somewhere having a very noisy but pleasurable time in a bedroom close by. All in all v good though, apart from the noise on the last day.

The hotel is nice, very close to the university. Limited choice for breakfast, but enough. Will recommend it.

The hotel is located next to a small mall which has a few restaurants in it, which is great for a variety of different meals, my room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was very good also
