Disappointed in this hotel. Location is great and rooms are OK, however there is no bar, just a self service option where you can get a small bottle of wine or beer and pay at reception. Car parking was free the first day as we parked on the hotels outside car park, however the second day when we returned to the hotel there were no spaces so had to park in the hotels under ground car park for which we were charged €10. We also travelled with 2 small dogs and when we checked in despite reception knowing we had two dogs ( as they said they had put a doggy bed in one of the rooms, they didn’t) they never mentioned any additional charges. It was when we paid for a couple of drinks in the evening the receptionist on duty asked if we wanted to settle the bill for the dogs €100!!!! Whilst I understand that there is often a charge for a pet I do think that we should have been told the price upon arrival and also believe that €100 is disproportionate, based on what I have paid previously at other hotels in Madrid
