Numa Madrid Goya

Hood property, not a hotel but a good choice, clean and spacious. Many restaurants around the area, and a very close Metro station which makes transportation easy. Will definetly stay again.

Unfortunately there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and it never left.

The room was ok, smaller that what it said but it was right next to the entrance and everyone was smashing the door all the time thats crazy and it was very loud at any time during day or night. Other than that it was ok.

Clean rooms, easy check in, good location, full kitchen and appliances.

Convenient location, close to everything. Good size apartment with all basics, great distribution and modern decor. Self Check-in and out process is automated and simple to use. Highly recommeded for a short or long stay in Madrid.

All very clean. Lots of shops/bars/restuarants nearby. Quiet room. Spacious. Did have to look up how to use hob. Would recommend.

Bon emplacement dans la ville mais appartement très petit. Nous avons eu l’appartement le moins éclairé de tout l’étage ( une fenêtre donnant sur un mur). Communication difficile lors de l’arrivée: les instructions ne nous avaient pas été transmises, résultat: stress à l’arrivée pour rejoindre quelqu’un, faire le Check-in en ligne et obtenir le code d’accès. Autrement, le séjour s’est bien passé, super quartier tranquille et plein de services à proximité + métro et bus. Murs de l’appartement très mal insonorisés.

The location was good with lots of shops nearby but the apartment was a lot smaller than expected. However it was very clean and modern.

The apartment itself was fine: clean, well located, good bathroom, bed, kitchenette. I had 2 issues that would keep me from going back. First, communication was terrible. You deal with an AI bot, and it is VERY DIFFICULT to get a human. When I finally did get a human, they gave me basically the same response. Since I didn’t see the response when it came in, my follow up questions went unanswered, and I had to start all over with AI. I ended up spending way too much of my vacation time on this. Secondly, there is NO ELEVATOR and there are approx 20 steps up with no handrail. It was difficult for a 71-year-old with luggage. Apartments 1,2 and3 are on the first floor. All the others are upstairs. NOTE: Numa requires a photo of your passport to be sent electronically before checkin, which I am not comfortable with. Every other stay I booked over a month in Spain 🇪🇸 needed only a passport number and expiration by email, or presentation of a passport at checkin. Numa would not permit either of these options.

The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and updated with lots of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Easy access with passcodes, sent hours before check-in. Overall experience was outstanding! We will definitely stay there again when in Madrid.

Great little spot in the center of Goya/Manuel Bercera. Walking distance to everything you need during your stay. Clean with everything available.

Great place to stay! I was on the second floor, so it was quite. The building is well maintained, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Great restaurants and shops nearby.

Easy check in great location

The stay was overall great; the property was very well equipped. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the quality of the insulation, which was an issue, as noises and all kinds of sounds from outside were easily heard at night.

Great location and facilities, clean and modern. Only minus is noise at night from stairs (guests with luggage) and from other rooms, doors, odor extractors, everything can be heard despite the earplugs that are provided 😕. But I would choose again for the facilities, location and safety.
