Great place to stay! I was on the second floor, so it was quite. The building is well maintained, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Great restaurants and shops nearby.

The Apartment was Great!
New and Clean. Nicely appointed. Nice size.
Great Location in Salamanca with lots of shops and restaurants.
Safe Location.
Only complaint was not receiving the check-in instructions prior to arriving. Had to call the helpdesk to complete the check in process which was quick and easy.

The stay was overall great; the property was very well equipped.
The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the quality of the insulation, which was an issue, as noises and all kinds of sounds from outside were easily heard at night.

Great location and facilities, clean and modern. Only minus is noise at night from stairs (guests with luggage) and from other rooms, doors, odor extractors, everything can be heard despite the earplugs that are provided 😕. But I would choose again for the facilities, location and safety.

We rented 2 apts on ground and first floor. Second floor was quiet, but feels very small. Window view is to the back of another building so had to keep curtains closed at all times for privacy.
Ground floor apt was not ready at 3:30pm when we arrived, you hear the front door of the building slamming day and night, and if that was not enough, smoke alarm was defective and went off multiple times at night. Property support (chat only) suggested we remove the battery, but the 10 foot ceiling is not exactly accessible.
This was the first and last time we stay at Goya’s apt.
