Great location, 2 minute walk to the Gran Via metro Station. Many options to shop, dine and walk around. The staff is kind and helpful, rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. We loved breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Location super. Staff professional and polite. Room tiny but mostly comfortable. Room, bathroom, and overall facility is a little bit tired and in need of some updates—especially shower fixtures.
