Tudo muito bom, mas vale apenas informar que o quarto é um pouco apertado. Nada relevante para quem está passando o dia na rua conhecendo a cidade. Mas é um ponto a considerar para quem precisar de algo mais espaçoso. Me atendeu de forma excelente.

Great location, centrally located, able to walk to Retiro Park, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum. Located off Gran Via. Lots of places to eat in the area. Staff were excellent in helping us as first time visitors to Spain with limited Spanish skills. I would recommend breakfast at the hotel; it had a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean.

Near to the main sight spot, walking distance from metro station is 5 mins, which is acceptable, there are many restaurant near the hotel, the location is great . But the food type of breakfast is too little , anyway . I like this hotel .

Good points: 1.The bed is comfortable 2.the space is average (enough to put 2 luggages inside) 3. near metro station Gran VIA (but no lift/ elevator, trouble for those hv luggages) 4.many shopping malls nearby
Bad points: 1.The sound proofing is bad, always hear the sounds outside the room! 2.the bathroom design is not good....during showering, the water will spill out if not open the bathroom door at the same time!!

El personal amable pero la habitación deja que desear
El aire acondicionado no servía y en la noche nos acaloramos mucho , la puerta del baño tenía safada la chapa y una especie de mampara junto a la cabecera se estaba cayendo estuvimos hospedados una semana y los vasos de la habitación al tercer día que no los cambiaban acudí a la recepción a avisar para que me dieran unos limpios y me dijeron que no los cambian en toda la estancia !!!! Me pareció increíble
