PLAZA SANTANDER

This is a fully virtual check-in experience, first for me. The location is fully in the busy downtown Santander business district. Street parking can be a challenge, and it is meter paid. There are also paid parking lots available. Lots of restaurants and urban amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. This is a great value.

For the price this hotel was acceptable.

Really nice room in a very central location. The staff were amazingly helpful & allowed me to not only drop off my bags at 10am so I could go exploring but I also checked in aboit 2 hours early too. The doors are all operated through an app or a code so you can come & go as you please & the bed is comfy & spacious. There's also a lovely big rainfall shower & the cleaning staff are helpful & friendly too. Would highly recommend.

Great location for a 1 night stay, close to the Central Coach/Bus station. Less than 5mins walk. Ideal for a stopover if catching an early coach/flight. Bus to the aiport is frequent and much cheaper than a taxi. Coaches to Bilbao nearby too. Check in was automated and smooth, clean room with coffee machine and fridge, but room was a bit noisy. Random internal/plumbing noises could be heard throughout the night.

The room looked nothing like the photo. Could barely move around. No curtains on inside of window & a metal cover on outside. The coffee machine was difficult to use & didn’t produce hot water. The wardrobe was minuscule about 6 ins deep and two feet wide Had to move the mini fridge to be able to open its door else it hit plug in. The bathroom was ok. No one around to ask questions etc. just via email!

Great central location but a little noisy as just off a main street and close to bus terminal. Clear instruction sent for checkin, etc. and staff friendly enough. Nice shower and right amount of toiletries provided

Excellent value for money

The position was good in the city, but very difficult if unloading suitcases. It states a lift, but this is at the top of a 9 step stairs (which have a wheelchair stairlift, but it is only operated by key from somewhere). The entry instructions came late, only a few hours before we reached the Pension. They were not clear and we did not know which floor the room was on. The room was small, beds crammed together. Beds and pillows were hard. The shower was good in operation, but only 700mm deep. Coffee was provided. TV worked. We would not recommend this Pensión.

Good location. Nice room. Swcond night other guests arrived, talked very loud in the hallway late at night. Not too sound proof.

Excellent property very clean tidy more remember it’s not a hotel it’s more like a air b&b room but would highly recommend for a short stay

Hotel was excellent and staff where the same but didn't understand why there wasn't a hashtag on the main door because if you didn't have a smart phone you wouldn't be able to get in

Fabulous location, cleanliness and safety. However, my room had zero daylight or natural light which I found difficult. There was also a horrible drain smell and a lot of construction noise. It's a decent budget place and very clean, but the lack of light would stop me staying again.

Was a perfect dtay, right at the heart of the city close to the bus station and city center, easy to find and we had a problem with the door code and the staff were very helpful even with the language barrier on both ends was very helpful, nice room and toilet, they clean daily but i believe they forgot to check the toilet since they didnt change the toilet paper and we ran out of and used the shower apart from that perfect

100 m from the train station plenty of places to eat around close to the shelving area and other attractions walking distance to mostly everywhere, contactless access, although they are available on WhatsApp at any time. Mercedes, the cleaning girl was wonderful very helpful and very thorough when explaining things to do and where to go Joaquin on the other hand was very attentive and helpful. I will stay here again.

Habitación muy limpia y práctica. Muy céntrico

La pequeña nevera fue muy apreciada. Había un microondas en el vestíbulo. También había una cafetera, aunque los huéspedes deben traer su propia agua. Las instalaciones del baño estaban limpias. El registro se realiza online, pero para abrir todas las puertas se necesita un teléfono móvil con acceso a Internet. Después de registrarse online con antelación, se recibe un correo electrónico con un código, pero este código solo abre la puerta de entrada del edificio. Al hacer clic en el enlace situado a la derecha del código en el correo electrónico, se muestra la pantalla para abrir cada puerta individual. Sin embargo, el correo electrónico no contenía ninguna explicación al respecto, por lo que estuve confundido hasta que lo descubrí. Creo que el texto explicativo debe mejorarse.
