This is a fully virtual check-in experience, first for me. The location is fully in the busy downtown Santander business district. Street parking can be a challenge, and it is meter paid. There are also paid parking lots available. Lots of restaurants and urban amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. This is a great value.

La pequeña nevera fue muy apreciada. Había un microondas en el vestíbulo. También había una cafetera, aunque los huéspedes deben traer su propia agua. Las instalaciones del baño estaban limpias. Después de registrarse online con antelación, se recibe un correo electrónico con un código, pero este código solo abre la puerta de entrada del edificio. Clean comfortable rooms just a few minutes from rail station and ferry port. Entrance and rooms accessed by code 24 hours. All facilities serviced daily. I would be happy to book again in the future

The main problem encountered was finding the corridor that the rooms were on. We weren't the only new guests searching! Better signage needed. Shower drain was blocked, but dealt with within a few minutes of reporting, then no further problems.

Clean and basic. Coffee pod machine and plenty of toiletries. Just round the corner from the bus station so ideally located. The only negative was the unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

they have problems in their automatic system to send out the code. I had to call to have it written in an email. They make you check in online less than 2 days before so you have very limited time to act. Imagine you are in a situation where you cannot call, you have no network, no way to call because you are on a plane, at sea. In room 2 there is either the radiator or the fridge that at times make a weird dripping or tickling sound, but it is *at times* so I was able to sleep. I might return to santander but I will not return to this accommodation
