The room was very clean, and the room service menu was excellent with fast service. We especially appreciated this after arriving late, having had to leave another nearby hotel due to there being no heat in our room. Despite not staying, that hotel still required payment, even though I was sick with walking pneumonia and needed a warm room to avoid becoming more ill.

Arrived 2:00 for check in but rooms were not ready. Went out and got food and by the time we got back the rooms were ready. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Was very hot in Badajoz but the AC was ice cold and we were relieved. We opted for breakfast in the morning and were pleased with the offerings. There’s free parking on the street but fills up quick and it’s hard to find a spot. We opted to park in the garage which worked out great.

This was a mediocre hotel, which thinks it better than it is.
The room was adequate but tired.
Confusion about the address as Google took us to the town/Guardia Civil end of the road, rather than right opposite the park. Reception staff didn't want to know about this confusion. It wasn't possible to control the Air con/heating system in the room and housekeeping couldn't sort it either .
Not the most welcoming hotel of our trip.
