My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. When we arrived, the lady on the front desk was welcoming and friendly. We checked in but we were too early for our room. We were able to change our clothes in the hotel toilets and leave the car in the carpark. We went for a few drinks and came back when the apartment was ready. We were on the 6th floor and the view from the balcony was lovely. The apartment was very clean although needed some attention in places with regards to décor and previous repairs. The downside for us was no aircon or fan in the bedroom. The blind at the window didn't open and we had to sleep with the patio doors open at night, to get air flow, to try and cool the room down. That meant some noise from outside could be heard. It would probably have been worse on lower floors so we were glad to have been up higher. The WIFI was ok but not very strong in our apartment. There was a cleaner that came every day, emptied bins, swept round, tidied beds, changed towels etc. The pool area looked clean and well maintained. Every day someone was cleaning down sunbeds, sweeping up, and cleaning the pool. The hotel itself, is in a great location close to supermarkets, shops and entertainment. We strolled down to the front most days, only taking around 5 minutes or so, to find bars and restaurants. We booked this last minute for a short getaway and we had a lovely stay other than it being warm at night for sleeping. We would stay here again in the future.

Good location walking distance to the beach and local bars/restaurants. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and tidy, room service was regular and thorough changing towels and cleaning the room. Reception gave good advice about the area and ordered taxi's as needed. I did feel that the price was a little high for the standard of hotel but it seemd to be a busy time to visit Tenerife generally so prices may have risen as a result.

Great location. Bus stop right outside for airport, walking distance from Siam Park, with plenty of bars and restaurants.

We had some items delivered to the hotel in advance and contacted them to arrange. They were very willing to assist and accommodate this. When we arrived, for some reason hotels.com had told them we were travelling with an infant, which we found amusing for my teenager to have to sleep in the cot they had set up for us. However, this was no problem, they got maintenance to come and take down the cot and sent extra bedding up. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, convenient for the beach and Siam park, local shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely pool which is well used but clean. Some reviews say this is a basic hotel and noisy at night. The hotel isn’t noisy, the clubs on Tenerife beach are - if you want something quiet book somewhere further away from the beach. It is basic, but excellent value for money, and there is everything you need for a lovely holiday. We managed to cook a full evening meal with the equipment there. We’ll certainly be staying there again!

Hotel a bit tired but very clean with regular linen changes. Disappointed pool bar/restaurant fairly limited hours. No aircon a slight issue at this time of year but must be very bad in mid summer. Staff all very nice.

Room was ok, beautiful view of the ocean. No air con or fan so very hot in the room. Noise all day from neighbouring hotel then noise all night from people walking past bedroom. Only 2 plug sockets in whole apartment. Good location for the beach and Veronica's strip.

The younger staff was very unprofessional. They mocked and yelled at my partner.We found bugs in the room multiple times. We left earlier because we couldn't bear it anymore.

Great location. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants, the bus stop, and a grocery store. The kitchen had everything necessary to make basic meals. Spacious bathroom and living area. The patio is nice to have coffee on in the mornings. The pool has happy hour which we liked. Overall great value for your money.

Walking distance to everything

Everything was great, except the amenities. You were charged if you wanted to watch tv.

Had a lovely few days at the Caribe, apt was spotless. Sunbeds spread out for social distancing at pool and even though reduced number of beds, some were always available. I stayed in room 511 and the view was amazing. Wifi is available at the pool area which is new from my last stay at these apts in 2019. Special mention to Reception lady Munsie, very friendly and helpful.

great location

Apartamentos Caribe was a decent place to stay but is a renovation short of being fantastic. The location and cleanliness is great and the rooms are a big size and well laid out. They however look and feel like somewhere that my grandparents may have stayed in the 1970s. There arent even ceiling fans (or any time of fan) in the rooms. So you get either traffic noise or stifling heat. Go if you aren't fussy and don't plan on spending time in the room.

Stayed in apts Caribe with my boyfriend for 12 days and can say it was super! I had stayed there a few years before but this time was much better , it was very clean , only thing we can really “complain” about is a smell the apartment had when the balcony door was closed , or else didnt really bother us, but might be good to look up since I think might be the plumbing/drains. The man in reception when we arrived was very helpful and nice. Same with a woman working in the bar by the pool area. Amazing views from the balcony! You are in walking distance from everything , and the bus that goes directly to the airport is basically outside the hotel, big plus for that. Siam mall is also closeby where you have a big hiperdino to buy groceries. Party places as papagayo and veronicas is just a walk down to the beach also good that isnt too close since it can get very loud in that area. The checkout was quick and easy.
