No AC. Must pay for use of fan. Deposit for fan, tv remote, and noise. There were cockroaches. They didn't tell us that we wouldn't get cleaning on 2nd day (nor garbage pickup). Noisy from street if you keep windows open at night. Nice pool but no pool towels. Not enough outlets. Location is close to bus stop, grocery store and Siam Mall. We won't stay there again.

The pool is only open 11-19, which makes it barely useful because that's when people are out. Don't order the breakfast - it's a la carte with only two basic options. Use your room's kitchen or one of the many restaurants in the area instead. The room had no double bed. Housekeeping does not come every day (but you can ask reception for fresh towels).

Overall the hotel is good. The location is optimum for beach lovers and foodies. Lots of options nearby including supermarket . There was a cleaning lady everyday but still cockroaches seen at night . The breakfast is pretty much the same everyday. The chef is really sweet though and also the attendant at the breakfast area . The area can be a little loud and there is a closing time for pool which is a very good thing for people who like not so much noise in the night

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. When we arrived, the lady on the front desk was welcoming and friendly. We checked in but we were too early for our room. We were able to change our clothes in the hotel toilets and leave the car in the carpark. We went for a few drinks and came back when the apartment was ready. We were on the 6th floor and the view from the balcony was lovely. The apartment was very clean although needed some attention in places with regards to décor and previous repairs. The downside for us was no aircon or fan in the bedroom. The blind at the window didn't open and we had to sleep with the patio doors open at night, to get air flow, to try and cool the room down. That meant some noise from outside could be heard. It would probably have been worse on lower floors so we were glad to have been up higher. The WIFI was ok but not very strong in our apartment. There was a cleaner that came every day, emptied bins, swept round, tidied beds, changed towels etc. The pool area looked clean and well maintained. Every day someone was cleaning down sunbeds, sweeping up, and cleaning the pool. The hotel itself, is in a great location close to supermarkets, shops and entertainment. We strolled down to the front most days, only taking around 5 minutes or so, to find bars and restaurants. We booked this last minute for a short getaway and we had a lovely stay other than it being warm at night for sleeping. We would stay here again in the future.

Für meine Aktivferien (mietete gleich im Shop nebenan ein Rennrad) war der Beginn des Frühstückservices ab 8h30 (keine Minute vorher) eher zu spät. Leider gab es kein Buffet, nur die Wahl zwischen Britischen und unserem Continentalem Frühstück (immer gleich grosse Portionen wurde von englisch sprechendem Personal am Platz serviert. Da ich für meine Touren etwas mehr Stärkung brauchte, kaufte ich im Supermercado nebenan zusätzlich die schmackhaftesten 🍌canarias, Jogurt und Müesli am Vortag. Das Mietrad durfte ich problemlos in die Wohnung (mit kleiner Küche) stellen. Der erfrischende Pool mit zahlreichen Liegeplätzen nach dem Sport war zwischen 11 und 19 Uhr geöffnet. Der ganze Gebäudekomplex ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekomnen. Der Aufenthalts- und der Essraum sowie mein Zimmer waren in einem sauberen Zustand. Als negativ empfand ich, dass das angebotene Hotel-WLAN nicht funktionierte. TV konnte man nur auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption nutzen, Bettwäsche wurde ca jeden 2. Tag gewechselt bzw frisch angezogen. Top-Lage: In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Busstation Magma (Linie 40 direkt zum Flughafen TFS), zahlreiche Supermärkte, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants ebenfalls. Und für die Radsport-Fans: Vermiet- und Reparaturshop (sprechen mehrere Sprachen) sowie Tourguides sind auch in nächster Umgebung zu finden.

Good location walking distance to the beach and local bars/restaurants. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and tidy, room service was regular and thorough changing towels and cleaning the room. Reception gave good advice about the area and ordered taxi's as needed. I did feel that the price was a little high for the standard of hotel but it seemd to be a busy time to visit Tenerife generally so prices may have risen as a result.

Great location. Bus stop right outside for airport, walking distance from Siam Park, with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Kulahtanut sisustus. Valaistus heikko. Kylppäri kaipaa uusimista! Hyvällä paikalla ja henkilökunta mukava.

Oltiin 2 viikkoa. Huoneisto siivottiin joka toinen päivä ja liinavaatteet 4päivän välein. Hotelli oli siisti ja hyvällä paikalla. Huoneiston keittiössä riittävästi astioita ja ruuanlaittovälineitä. Allasaluekin oli siisti. Hotellin ravintola auki vain vähän aikaa, mutta ympäristössä paljon ruokapaikkoja

Har vært mange ganger på Caribe. Et helt greit hotell i forhold til prisen. Men denne gangen ble vi skuffet. Rommet var dårlig vedlikeholt: flere løse lister, vinglete bord, en verandadør som var vanskelig å åpne og baderomsdør og gulvluster som viste tydelige spor av vannskader. Vi synes også renholdet var dårligere enn før og fikk for første gang besøk av kakerlakker. Positivet: gode senger og hyggelig personale

Konnten das Hotel zuerst gar nicht finden da sehr schlechte Beschilderung draußen, Zugang über Parkschranken/Parkplatz. Zimmer sehr finster, man hört am Nachmittag alles vom Pool durch. Pool schließt ausserdem schon um 16:00 Uhr. 150€ Kaution wurden nur auf Hinweis beim Check out zurück überwiesen.

Det værste ophold nogensinde Møbler i stykker, ingen køkken emhætte, forfærdelig begranset morgenmad. Sov dårlig om natten, man kunne høre alt gennem væggene Aldrig igen

Hallo miteinander, wir haben das Hotel gebucht da unser Rückflug gestrichen wurde und auf den nächsten Tag verschoben wurde. Nach dem Check-In gingen wir zu Zimmer 606. Was uns dort erwartet hat war schrecklich! Am Boden lag benutzen Klopapier und uns kamen 2 Kakerlaken entgegen. Daraufhin haben wir das Zimmer verlassen und sind aus gecheckt. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns ausgelacht und wollte uns nach mehrmaligen auffordern die ca. 80€ für die Nacht nicht zurückzahlen mit der Begründung: „Der Aufenthalt wurde ihnen zugesichert“ Unglaubliches Verhalten zudem ist das Problem mit Ungeziefer bekannt. Expedia möchte das Geld ebenfalls nicht zurückzahlen! Scam!!

We had some items delivered to the hotel in advance and contacted them to arrange. They were very willing to assist and accommodate this. When we arrived, for some reason hotels.com had told them we were travelling with an infant, which we found amusing for my teenager to have to sleep in the cot they had set up for us. However, this was no problem, they got maintenance to come and take down the cot and sent extra bedding up. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, convenient for the beach and Siam park, local shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely pool which is well used but clean. Some reviews say this is a basic hotel and noisy at night. The hotel isn’t noisy, the clubs on Tenerife beach are - if you want something quiet book somewhere further away from the beach. It is basic, but excellent value for money, and there is everything you need for a lovely holiday. We managed to cook a full evening meal with the equipment there. We’ll certainly be staying there again!

Synes stedet gir god "value for money" i forhold til prisnivået i området syd på Tenerife. Hotellet hadde trengt en oppgradering, men fungerer. Hyggelig, imøtekommende og behjelpelig betjening i resepsjonen, er en god hjelp for eierne. Vi var der i 5 uker og har bestilt for 3 nye uker i 2025.
