Nice rooms and amenities

Lovely hotel with great roof terrace and friendly service. A few negatives: The standard rooms do not have much natural light or fresh air as the windows are into a small light well and look directly into other rooms so the blinds have to be kept closed. There are no air conditioning controls in the room which can become warm and stuffy. I would recommend paying the extra and getting a room with a balcony.

Staff was polite, helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped, very clean and everything was in good working order. Excellent breakfast, perfect location. Our only difficulty was with parking. There is no parking nearby.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location on waterfront and short walking to all good food and drink spots in Puerto de la Cruz. Staff very helpful and nice. Roof top is great. Spa is okay but a bit basic. Only annoying thing you have to specify a double bed when booking which isn't obvious, otherwise they give you two singles

Great location except there is no parking anywhere nearby. The unfriendly front desk staff will say you can just park on the street, but good luck finding any spots. Some days we drive around for 45 minutes looking for a spot. The rooms are eco friendly but the front desk staff failed to explain how to use the smart features. Our first night we slept without AC. Tjr rooms and hallways are very dark. The highlight of this hotel is the rooftop bar- especially Carlos. He is a wonderful asset to this property and treats all the guests as his friends. Food and drinks at Hawa were fantastic!

I loved this hotel especially for its location. Great staff and a fantastic roof top pool. I will definitely be returning.

I had such a relaxing vacation here, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was delightful! We got upgraded to an ocean view without asking, and everything was superb from the spa/gym to the rooftop views!

Beautiful room and bathroom with an ocean view balcony. Recommend booking the deluxe sea view room if you can as much more spacious plus an amazing view of the sea. Only downside was weird window in the shower with an opaque blind so felt very exposed when showering. Could also do with some conditioner on offer.

This is a beautiful hotel facing the ocean, the dinning is the hotel is lovely with very good food. It has a beautiful skybar overlooking the ocean.

Absolutely excellent staff so kind and generous in both the main hotel and restaurant. We had a double board which I'm so glad we did the food was so delicious and the buffet style was great value for money. Sadly the spa disappointed slightly - door wouldn't close on sauna without a towel on the floor, steam room lukewarm and swimming pool was too cold. Absolutely beautiful town and hotel. Although far from the airport 1hr it was definitely worth the stay. Very very clean and housekeeping were extremely prompt in cleaning rooms. Take the bus to save money getting around!

The rooftop bar and pool are amazing! Such a gorgeous view, the location is truly perfect being in easy walking of great views and lots of awesome food options.

Beautiful hotel the rooftop pool and bar is perfect. The only thing that let it down was the food I ordered the squid ink croquettes they were frozen inside and had to be replaced. We also paid for a buffet on Christmas Day evening it was pretty lack lustre and not a good selection we left unimpressed and hungry. Would love to stay again but not get involved with the food.

nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hotel, dont le 31 avec en option le repas et la soirée sur le rooftop. le prix du repas: 145€ par personnne!!!!! c'etait un bufets horrible; les plats etaient froids et sans saveur.

La chambre standard n’a pas de fenêtre ni de lumière du jour Ce sont des espaces borgnes pourtant à plus de 200€ la nuit La description sur le site est trompeuse. Pas de parking à proximité ni explications pour arriver

Nous sommes partis la semaine de Noël et nous sommes très déçus par la qualité de la nourriture proposée, en effet les pâtes sont trop cuites et froides (on dirait vraiment des pâtes bas de gamme), d’autres plats n’étaient jamais chauds, aucune diversité dans les desserts (quelques pauvres mignardises, yaourts et fruits). Quand on mange, à peine nos couverts reposés, on vient nous enlever notre assiette, ce qui n’est pas agréable alors qu’on a encore la bouche pleine. Et dernière chose, nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi l’eau est payante (et les autres boissons) alors que nous prenons une demi-pension. Nous avons fait d’autres hôtels aux Canaries et nous n’avons jamais payé de supplément. L’hôtel étant en centre ville il n’y a pas de parking mais il y a une fête foraine pas loin avec un grand parking à 10min à pied. Aucune décoration pour les fêtes et de la musique via des hauts parleurs dans les couloirs des chambres le 24 au soir et le 25 matin des 8h30, pas top pour la tranquillité. Concernant le repas de Noël, rien de plus que les autres jours (à part du saumon et chocolats). En photo, les desserts proposés à Noël (aucune bûche, ni glace). En point positif, l’hôtel est très beau et classe mais nous ne le recommandons pas pour autant.

Der Service war von Beginn an mangelhaft und unfreundlich. Mein Problem mit der gebuchten Halbpension wurde mir beim Check-in und im Restaurant unterstellt und erst nach Nachfragen auf meine eigene Initiative hin gelöst, ohne eine einzige Entschuldigung seitens des Personals oder des Managements. ​Gravierende Mängel: ​Beide Aufzüge außer Betrieb, der eine über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Gepäck musste selbst getragen werden. ​Hotel ist trotz des jungen Alters bereits ramponiert und abgewohnt (Bilder). ​Im Zimmer: Ungeziefernester und defekte Steckdose (Bilder). ​Fitnesscenter: Der Crosstrainer war defekt und ein Sicherheitsrisiko (Video). ​Zimmer (Innenhof): Dunkel und muffig. ​Ein inakzeptables Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich rate dringend von einer Buchung ab.
