Très bon accueil du personnel.Au petit déjeuner un employé pas trop sympa mais les autres l’étaient. Très bon emplacement. La vue au petit déjeuner est incroyable et la vue de la chambre sur mer également. Malgré tout quelques points de détails qui sont un peu décevants et qui font que vous êtes dans un hôtel haut-de-gamme : pas de kit avec bonnet de douche, mouchoirs, coton-tige, etc. Pas de petite petite serviette. Pas de crème de corps. Ces petits détails à améliorer et tout sera top.

Un 4stelle da 5stelle posizione sulla passeggiata mare, splendida vista, colazione eccellente per tutti i gusti, drink di benvenuto, camera standard all'interno silenziosa ma molto spaziosa e letto veramente king size e poi luce di cortesia nel bagno che si accende al passaggio. Unica cosa un poco strana la reception al 5 piano. È in zona pedonale quindi parcheggio da trovare. Comunque lo consiglio vivamente.

The property is in the ideal location with everything you could possibly want in a hotel. Gym, pool, hydrotherapy, spa, bar, restaurant. Absolutely wonderful stay. I will stay here when I come back.

El desayuno justo pero correcto, repetitivo. Habitación muy espaciosa, cama muy cómoda pero faltaban algunos detalles como lugares de apoyo en el baño y la habitación. Pocas toallas en el baño. Personal muy atento y amable. Cogimos la cena y al igual que el desayuno, fue un poco repetitivo. El gimnasio es pequeño pero todo está en buen estado. Azotea bonita y con buenas vistas. Muy bien ubicado, pero si vas en coche te toca aparcar en la calle a unos 500metros.

This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street. The breakfast offering is quite amazing. And the room has modern appointments that were really nice such as motion detected nightlights in the bathroom and l e d's that could be set for different light levels. It's true that the rooms are not very large and the bathroom is quite a squeeze. I was also a little stumped that amenities did not include body lotion or hair conditioner. These seem pretty basic for a four star hotel. However, overall it was a wonderful place for us to spend our time in the canary islands

Room with (very) partial sea was well equipped and comfortable. Teabags, towels and bedding provided daily. Kettle in room. Sea view was quite restricted as we had the last room on the corner of the house. Quiet during the night so we slept well. Breakfast was excellent with a large amount of choices and nice coffee. The view from the restaurant is amazing. The spa was is not included but nicely done. We tried the dinner buffet on one evening. For 28,50€ per person it was a little disappointing. No drinks included at all, not even water. Food was ok, but you can do better in a normal restaurant for that price. Overall the Hotel is a great place to stay. It is located nicely and parking is near by for free on “Explanada del Muelle”.

Room had no windows to the outside just internal windows viewing the corridor and into an air duct which could be noisy. I did request information from the hotel regarding this when it was brought to my attention however they never answered my query. Beautiful views couldn't be enjoyed. The staff I came into contact with were all very nice.

The staff were all great the room perfectly cleaned and I love the rooftop pool and bar. This hotel is in such an amazing location too.

Tolles Zimmer, vor allem das mit Meerblick, tolles Frühstück, tolle Dachterrasse. Nur der Pool ist leider sehr klein, das ist etwas schade, vor allem wenn wie bei uns ständig Küstenwarnung ist und man auch nicht ans Meer kann und das Meerwasser-Freibad geschlossen ist. Würden trotzdem wieder kommen.

Bel établissement très bien placé Pas de parking et de places dans les rues voisines Les pdj doivent être réservés la veille sinon vous devez le payer … avant de le prendre ou de faire votre check out !!!

nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hotel, dont le 31 avec en option le repas et la soirée sur le rooftop. le prix du repas: 145€ par personnne!!!!! c'etait un bufets horrible; les plats etaient froids et sans saveur.

La chambre standard n’a pas de fenêtre ni de lumière du jour Ce sont des espaces borgnes pourtant à plus de 200€ la nuit La description sur le site est trompeuse. Pas de parking à proximité ni explications pour arriver

Nice rooms and amenities

Nous sommes partis la semaine de Noël et nous sommes très déçus par la qualité de la nourriture proposée, en effet les pâtes sont trop cuites et froides (on dirait vraiment des pâtes bas de gamme), d’autres plats n’étaient jamais chauds, aucune diversité dans les desserts (quelques pauvres mignardises, yaourts et fruits). Quand on mange, à peine nos couverts reposés, on vient nous enlever notre assiette, ce qui n’est pas agréable alors qu’on a encore la bouche pleine. Et dernière chose, nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi l’eau est payante (et les autres boissons) alors que nous prenons une demi-pension. Nous avons fait d’autres hôtels aux Canaries et nous n’avons jamais payé de supplément. L’hôtel étant en centre ville il n’y a pas de parking mais il y a une fête foraine pas loin avec un grand parking à 10min à pied. Aucune décoration pour les fêtes et de la musique via des hauts parleurs dans les couloirs des chambres le 24 au soir et le 25 matin des 8h30, pas top pour la tranquillité. Concernant le repas de Noël, rien de plus que les autres jours (à part du saumon et chocolats). En photo, les desserts proposés à Noël (aucune bûche, ni glace). En point positif, l’hôtel est très beau et classe mais nous ne le recommandons pas pour autant.

Der Service war von Beginn an mangelhaft und unfreundlich. Mein Problem mit der gebuchten Halbpension wurde mir beim Check-in und im Restaurant unterstellt und erst nach Nachfragen auf meine eigene Initiative hin gelöst, ohne eine einzige Entschuldigung seitens des Personals oder des Managements. ​Gravierende Mängel: ​Beide Aufzüge außer Betrieb, der eine über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Gepäck musste selbst getragen werden. ​Hotel ist trotz des jungen Alters bereits ramponiert und abgewohnt (Bilder). ​Im Zimmer: Ungeziefernester und defekte Steckdose (Bilder). ​Fitnesscenter: Der Crosstrainer war defekt und ein Sicherheitsrisiko (Video). ​Zimmer (Innenhof): Dunkel und muffig. ​Ein inakzeptables Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich rate dringend von einer Buchung ab.

Modernes Hotel in bester Lage mit tollem Service!

Chambre correcte mais aménagements à revoir...La réception au 5ème étage...sans etre indiqué...ascenseur en panne.. il faudrait un accès temporaire par la rue piétonne pour decharger les bagages et les montrr au 5em. Il faudrait un groom ou un accueil au rdc...Enfin beaucoup d'amélioration à prevoir pour obtenir une bonne note

Lovely hotel with great roof terrace and friendly service. A few negatives: The standard rooms do not have much natural light or fresh air as the windows are into a small light well and look directly into other rooms so the blinds have to be kept closed. There are no air conditioning controls in the room which can become warm and stuffy. I would recommend paying the extra and getting a room with a balcony.
