The very kind staff. Well appointed room. Central location.

The heat was broken and wouldn’t turn off- we couldn’t use the AC either. It was also extremely loud outside at night at all hours

I was booked into this hotel at the last minute after another hotel booking had been cancelled. I arrived fairly late and left early in the morning, so didn't spend too much time at the hotel. Bedrooms were nice and bed was comfortable. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to transport, restaurants, shopping etc. I was staying here for the Valencia marathon and it was a 10 minute Valenbisi hire bike ride to the start on the morning of the marathon. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend

A/C not working; reported to front desk, but issue was not remedied!

Right away the staff was welcoming and friendly! We were greeted warmly even after booking 20 minutes before! The hotel was fully booked and they were kindly able to upgrade us to a suite. It was impeccably clean, spacious and the amenities were amazin. We had just an overall wonderful stay.

Perfect hotel with on site parking in the very heart of the old town

Excellent location, short walk from railway station. Room was spotless, bed very comfy, lovely bathroom with a spacious, powerful shower. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.

Awesome hotel

I absolutely loved the room, it was clean, it was spacious, the bathroom was huge, and the shower was fabulous! The young lady at the front desk was accommodating and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Nice, clean room, fabulous breakfast, & perfect location. Stayed for 3 nights. One of our best hotel choices during our 4 week Spain & Portugal trip.

The housekeeping lady was making a lot of noise in the hallways starting from 8:00 am, it’s very disturbing and disrespectful for us the guest.

Taxi does not came to entrance becase it was located one way street

The reception staff are very welcoming, courtesy, helpful and kind.

The moment we arrived the reception staff were so their friendly and efficient. They went to extra efforts to make sure that the room was exactly as we had asked for when we made the reservation. They also made it possible for us to have entry to the room when we arrived. That was such a bonus since we had been travelling since about 3 am until we checked in. This attitude of friendly professionalism remained throughout our stay The room was prepared , that day and every day, so thoroughly. Each day, on our return to the room after housekeeping had been done, it was as if we were coming into the room for the first time. The housekeepin staff they were so friendly and obliging. From the moment we entered the breakfast room on the second day of our stay we were treated in such a personal way. The lady who seemed to be in charge was so welcoming, so friendly and so professional. We are so sorry that we did not find out her name. I say, without exaggeration, that her command of English is far better than the great majority of native speakers of English. It was such a pleasure to meet her each morning. We were so sorry not to be able to say goodbye to her on our last day. All the other staff in the breakfast room were likewise so friendly and professional. We stayed an extra 3 days, although that involved a change of flights. We were and are so glad we did. We thank everyone for making our stay wonderful.
