I absolutely loved the room, it was clean, it was spacious, the bathroom was huge, and the shower was fabulous! The young lady at the front desk was accommodating and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Todo muy lindo y comodo en cuanto a la habitacion, solo que al entrar sentimos un poco de olor feo pero con poner un aromatizador se mejora, y en cuanto a la atencion fueron muy amables y la zona es muy centrica tambien esta muy bien!

The housekeeping lady was making a lot of noise in the hallways starting from 8:00 am, it’s very disturbing and disrespectful for us the guest.

酒店位于市中心，有自己的地下停车位，比较昂贵的住宿费。但前台的服务非常傲慢，回答问题特别不耐烦，而且在房间里打reception和room service的电话永远没人接。屋里比较潮湿，体感不佳。

Taxi does not came to entrance becase it was located one way street

The reception staff are very welcoming, courtesy, helpful and kind.

The moment we arrived the reception staff were so their friendly and efficient. They went to extra efforts to make sure that the room was exactly as we had asked for when we made the reservation. They also made it possible for us to have entry to the room when we arrived. That was such a bonus since we had been travelling since about 3 am until we checked in. This attitude of friendly professionalism remained throughout our stay The room was prepared , that day and every day, so thoroughly. Each day, on our return to the room after housekeeping had been done, it was as if we were coming into the room for the first time. The housekeepin staff they were so friendly and obliging. From the moment we entered the breakfast room on the second day of our stay we were treated in such a personal way. The lady who seemed to be in charge was so welcoming, so friendly and so professional. We are so sorry that we did not find out her name. I say, without exaggeration, that her command of English is far better than the great majority of native speakers of English. It was such a pleasure to meet her each morning. We were so sorry not to be able to say goodbye to her on our last day. All the other staff in the breakfast room were likewise so friendly and professional. We stayed an extra 3 days, although that involved a change of flights. We were and are so glad we did. We thank everyone for making our stay wonderful.

El hotel está en muy buena ubicación, para compras, conocer y caminar, la llegada en autos está fácil ya que cuenta con un estacionamiento público a un costado y de fácil acceso. El cuarto está algo viejo los muebles… las camas están cómodas. El desayuno bufet completo y rico

Top Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar, Metro und Bus gleich in der Nähe, in 3 bis 5 Minuten erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe, für jedes Budget. Flaniermeile und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Würden es jederzeit wirder buchen!

Hotel muy bien situado, acogedor, personal muy atento, habitación correcta con cama muy comoda y desayuno muy completo. Hay un parking justo al lado que te hacen un descuento por alojarte en el hotel. Muy recomendable.
