Rather a different concept of a hotel to what we were used to. The Reception was like going to Mackey D’s drive through! Not too much info given. You drive the car into the garage, then go up steps to the room, with a bedroom/table & chairs & mini bar/fridge for eating & bathroom. Meals & drinks are ordered via telephone. The strangest thing is that a buzzer goes off when the drinks or food arrives. The 1st time it happened, we opened our door expecting a person to be outside, or a at least a tray to be left outside!? Nothing, so we were confused. Rang reception to be told that the drinks or food arrives via the cupboard above the fridge!? 😂 Breakfast & dinner were good value & price and tasty. The room was good quality, with mirrors everywhere! Good bathroom and shower. Ideal for a one night stay close to Madrid airport, but don’t expect to see a member of staff. It felt a bit like being in solitary confinement or isolation!! The room was nice & the hotel functional, but it is on a trading estate, with nowhere really to walk to or see around it.

Great stay , these are what it says on the tin , but only if you want them to be , very clean roomy prompt breakfast, well stocked mini bar

Just needed a hotel closer to the airport than the one we had originally booked. However, when we got there, Zouk was a GREAT surprise! My "pareja" and I had a great time there!

Overall I had no major issues. Check in/out is a bit odd as there is no lobby just a small booth style building in the driveway. Room service was very fast and food was excellent. Other than it being in an industrial area I had no issues with noise or excessive traffic sounds. Also no real connection to transit lines

I LOVED the Price and the Secure Garage for my car. If I were still Single, I would have liked the ability to have a quick rendezous (with whomever) in a Nice Place. No More Sleazy Motels. My wife and I really liked the food except that the Beef is Very Different from American Beef... Less Grounded and Way More Fatty. What I did NOT like was that the Sound System is WAY Past due for an Upgrade. CD's or the Radio... That's It. No Bluetooth and No Streaming. Just Too OLD! That actually was a Big Bummer... Having to listen to my Phone Speaker while making Passionate Love to my Wife. Oh Well. The Mirrors were kind weird also. Overall... 4.5 out of 5 Stars for under $100.00 usd was Great.

I loved that I could play music as loud as I wanted all night. I was having problems due to work stress and stayed here by accident. I travelled alone and did not use this for a lover, haha. I had a ball dancing, and singing by myself. I don't sleep much so it's nice to be able to jam to music all night. Perfect for lovers if you travel with one, very sensual lighting. Ordering in was amazing. Great food, you do not have to leave the room, so perfect for those wanting to connect with a partner.

Extremely inconvenient location unless driving. Far from metro station, and another 40 minutes from Madrid central.

If you want a private stay with no worries about intrusion, then this is the place. It definitely is an "Adults Only" hotel. Everything (food, purchased items, etc.) is delivered discretely through a two-way cabinet. It is located in a non-commercial area of Alcala De Henares, Madrid and their is only one gas station/mini market within walking distance. Drive or taxi to anywhere else.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, great wifi and food. Hotel is themed for other uses but excellent accommodation.

This is really for couples as it has an “adult” theme. However, very quiet,clean, jacuzzi bath, Quite strange having room service delivery only, but this is delivered through a private hatch. Food good, drinks available and priced fairly. Not your usual Hotel!

Interesting concept, not quite what I had in mind. Definitely an adult only hotel (wink, wink)
