La recepción deberia tener uns entrada para los que no van en auto. Es impersonal detras de una ventanilla aunque muy buen trato.

Rather a different concept of a hotel to what we were used to. The Reception was like going to Mackey D’s drive through! Not too much info given. You drive the car into the garage, then go up steps to the room, with a bedroom/table & chairs & mini bar/fridge for eating & bathroom. Meals & drinks are ordered via telephone. The strangest thing is that a buzzer goes off when the drinks or food arrives. The 1st time it happened, we opened our door expecting a person to be outside, or a at least a tray to be left outside!? Nothing, so we were confused. Rang reception to be told that the drinks or food arrives via the cupboard above the fridge!? 😂 Breakfast & dinner were good value & price and tasty. The room was good quality, with mirrors everywhere! Good bathroom and shower. Ideal for a one night stay close to Madrid airport, but don’t expect to see a member of staff. It felt a bit like being in solitary confinement or isolation!! The room was nice & the hotel functional, but it is on a trading estate, with nowhere really to walk to or see around it.

Todo muy bien salvo la espuma que la echamos en el agua y no hizo nada de espuma y la mesa donde se come el cristal estaba roto y tuvimos que tener mucho cuidado a la hora de comer.

Habitación limpia, insonorizada, cama cómoda. Entras directamente al parking que sube a tu habitación y el desayuno te lo sirven en la habitación a través de un armario. Habitación vals con espejo en techo, luz azul y sillón tántrico. Puedes salir y entrar del recinto las veces que guste. Hay minibar y room service disponible.

You should know that this is a hotel where you can rent a room for a couple of hours..... So, the focus is on another type of clientel. You arrive and while in the car you checkin and thereafter drive to your room and park in a garage under your room. The room was built to satify those who come there for another purpose than sleeoing and going to the airport. Lots of mirrors (do I need to say that there was one in the ceiling above the bed?). The toilet is in a glass box with no roof, so not private. We had also a jacuzzi in the room, which was nice. Breakfast was sent directly to your room when you made a call in the morning - one toast each, tea/coffee, juice. On the plus side: Bed was good (of course), the place was extreamly silent (for obvious reasons), secure parking, fresh and tidy room, but you feel a bit enclosed, since you have nowhere to go outside and the view was another building. 15-30 min drive to airport depending on traffic
