Great hotel and view from the roof top restaurant and bar is amazing

The restaurant on the top floor had a great view. Food not great.

We LOVE Draken and will always stay here when we go to Gothenburg. Amazing staff and breakfast and super comfortable beds

Gau was so lovely showing us around when we arrived. Absolutely stunning hotel, lovely breakfast catering to all allergens and needs.

Overall great stay, modern facilities good breakfast and super friendly staff. Will come back here next time in Goteborg.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and I can’t express how brilliant the staff are! Location was close to lots of great restaurants/local attractions. The spa is out of this world also 10/10 Would very happily stay here again

Very nice

This hotel has the potential to be a really good hotel. Great design, comfortable rooms, a nice bar and we really love the service and quality of Brasserie Draken. Unfortunately the hotel really need to do something about the appalling level of housekeeping, they either forgot to clean the room at all, or it’s half cleaned with missing towels, dirty glasses/coffee cups etc. We stayed for 4 night and not once was the room properly cleaned. Unfortunately there also seems to be an issue with staffing at reception, no one picks up the phone when you try to call and if you go down to reception to get help you’d be waiting for at least 15min as it’s too busy with guests checking in/checking out.

Hotel was amazing, we had a deluxe room with stunning views. The staff are a credit, very helpful. The bed is ridiculously comfy!! Bathroom amenities were great, nice addition of the bathrobe. Close to gothenburg city and lots of restaurants around.

The hotel was not full and i was allocated a room where there had clearly been a leak and the walls were covered over with plaster cast and not painted over. I am not sure what cleaning took place during the stay, glasses were not collected, the tea bags were not replenised and the towels etc in the bathroom were not folded/tidied

Beautiful new hotel with plenty of unique areas to enjoy throughout the building. While modern, the hotel was very comfortable & cozy.

Upon arrival I had such high hopes for this hotel, it was billed as great new entry to the Gothenburg hotel scene. At check in things seemed great Nathalie at the front desk was a rockstar helping us out and was super service minded. Sadly that was the end of the good times. We found out that no restaurants were open at the hotel (including room service) and we needed to use uber eats after our long trip from Hong Kong. We had pizza, the pizza boxes became a joke as they were outside our room for 3 days at which point we requested removal. Now you may be thinking why would housekeeping leave them there, well it’s day four and we still have not had our room cleaned. The breakfast is great, and the staff there are awesome. As are the staff at the “living room”. The restaurant at top is in reality not part of the hotel, they couldn’t care less if you stay here. The views are an amazing, the food is fine, the staff needs to come down to earth. When I booked I asked for a table at 19.00, I was told 18.30 or 20.30. We showed up at 18.30 the place was half empty which it stayed all night so a gimmick was already deployed at booking. Then I mentioned that I asked for table with a view at booking, which there were plenty of when they seated us, I was told I need to wait. I then went and provided more information, I was told that they did not like my attitude. Then 3 minutes later they had a table with a view, which of course they did as the place was half empty, another gimmick

My stay here was okay nothing special about the hotel but the bathrooms were clean and to me that’s the most important part of my hotel experience. The bed covers and towels smelt weird like they weren’t new sheets like someone literally laid the bed after someone stayed there instead of changing out the entire bed covers and that made it uncomfortable Breakfast was very mid no variety just the same thing everyday but it covers all types of breakfast choices just and is consistent The location is good lots of things around and transport, the city centre is also very close and in walking distance Hotel staff were l friendly and that’s also nice House keeping wasn’t frequent not sure if it’s because I went during the holiday season but I stayed 4 days and only had my room cleaned once Overall I’ll give this hotel a 5/10 lots could be improved

Stunning hotel tram and buses only 3mins walk and next to Haga Christmas market. The hotel should have space available for guest to dine at the main restaurant and Spa access should be free only pay for robes. Overall amazing hotel would definitely stay here again.

Modern. Generous sized room. The view. Buffet breakfast options. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good location, close to Centrum and surrounds.

Amazing stay!

I loved this property! I didn’t have to ask for an upgrade they just gave it to me.. a much higher floor and corner room with an amazing view. The breakfast blows anywhere I’ve ever stayed out of the water. Literally put American hotels to shame. I feel bad for Swedes that visit the States..

Excellent hotel with stunning views. Breakfast is top rate. I would definitely stay again.
