Best breakfast buffet ever in Sweden

Thank you for the great stay at the hotel, after some confusion between Expedia and the hotel we were grateful for the warm welcome and excellent service.

I come every year on business and I always come back to the Elite Mimer. I travel a lot as part of my job, but I get hands down the best sleep here. Mattresses you sink into, excellent showers and full length baths to soak weary bones. The restaurant is incredible too- cannot recommend highly enough!

Where to start.... We were given a room in the basement where only a small window, could not be opened. The worst thing was the bed, which was just a closet bed, with an incredibly thin mattress. As this was one of the most expensive hotels in the city, one expects a proper bed, after 8 hours drive. Got no understanding or option for upgrade from hotel reception, lousy service, then called Hotels.com who are always helpful, they arranged with upgrade and a small compensate. The new room had at least a good bed, but also here it was not possible to open the window and there was no air in the room, nor was it possible to adjust the temperature, so it turned out to be a really bad experience. It looked like the upgraded room we got, was from someone else who had complained, because the toilet was used. We had booked a standard double room, got one which was more like economy room. With my e 70+ nights a year, I highly recommend not booking this hotel, my worst experience in many years.

It was a great stay but unacceptable breakfast time. It starts very late.

New and clean. But a bit too cold. Thermostat Can’t be adjusted to higher.

Lovely hotel, nicely decorated, modern room, very comfortable and clean. Gym facilities and sauna were good. Good location.

Breakfast was great, very high quality. Room was good but a bit cold, with no temperature regulation. The WiFi was really really bad. Please put someone into investigating it; it was uselessly slow in the evenings.

Det var inte fläckfritt. Vi trampade på en synål på golvet. Något dammiga täxtiler, t.ex sängkappa. Dörrkarmar börjar bli lite slittna, med fläckar. Så städet kunde vara bättre. Men vi trivs på hotellet o kommer att besöka den vid flera tillfällen

Bokade och betalade extra för superior rum men mina vänner som hade standardrum hade likadana rum. Det skulle vara två rum i mitt.

Sov en natt i ett rum en trappa ner. Rummet var bra förutom soffan som var dags att byta ut. Trevlig personal i receptionen
