Great place and breakfast too

The hotel is so beautiful and the the restaurant area is magnificent. The staff was very helpful.

A beautiful place where all our vacation needs were kindly met, and staff were very friendly, well-informed and found out for us information they may not have had if they did not know.

Very friendly staff and ideally located close to the town centre.

Ubelieveable. First problem was at Check-in - as i entered the place at 3PM (which is stated in their Website as Check in time) no one was at reception. Fine. Had to look for an employee allaround and call them, with no answer. After 15 minutes someone appered, didnt even say hello, just asked my name, just gave me the key, and walked away, no explanation, no welcome, just a sour face. Fine. Secondly the common area for the jacuzzi had a horrible smell of feel, and no ventilation. I stayed for 2 nights, the first night passed on ok i guess. But on the second night Something that should NEVER happen in a hotel happend: at 11:30pm, the door of my room just opened up! Someone just entered my room! As i asked who is it, isaw a confused guy, turned out another costumer getting the same room! As i went outside while hes on the phone with someone from the hotel (of course theres no reception getting the new people in) he found out in the envelopes with keys outside my name, as i didnt even arrive yet! When i called the hotel night representetive, she was start giving me explanations of how i am NOT in the hotel and should only arrive this evening. At last she did apologize, and at the end gave me one night for free, but this is their most important job - know whos in which room and nit giving the feeling of unsafe and someone can enter the room any moment. If i could, i would give 0 Stars, but 1 is at least for the compensation they gave me. Will NEVER come back again

Trevlig personal. Bra frukost Jacuzzi

Flott rom, gode senger, veldig bra spa avdeling med badstu og jacuzzi, nydelig mat både middag og frokost. Trivelig betjening

TVn fungerade inte , men det löste sig till sist med hjälp av personalen.

Mycket god lyxig frukost, två jacuzzi så man slapp trängas, stor gratis parkering, fint rum med lyxig duschcreme, schampo och balsam.

Frokost helt ok, litt uheldig med entrecôte i restauranten på lørdag.

Bra hotell!

Fin beliggenhet og fantastisk utsikt fra rommet og restauranten. Utrolig god middag, sunn og god frokost.

Trevlig personal, lätt att checka in. Fräscht rum men tyvärr var hissen trasig( inte personalens fel!) God mat men rätt höga priser. Fin frukost! Överlag en mycket positiv vistelse.

Dårligere frokost enn tidligere opphold
