While it's a bit distant from the train station, it was otherwise clean and comfy. Also came with a balcony with a view to the Matterhorn.

Very comfortable apartment that is able to view Matterhorn at the balcony. We had a good rest there. Kitchen is clean, bed is comfortable, water is hot enough and water pressure is good. Not in the high street but give us chance to explore more. Very safe and this is the most unforgettable accommodation during my 8 days in Switzerland. We enjoyed cooking there.

In our first room, the bathroom fan stopped working after two days, which caused damp toilet paper and tissues. We coped by moving the toilet paper in and out, though we often forgot. We reported the issue, were told someone would fix it—but no one showed. After following up, we were informed repairs would happen only after we moved out. The repairman later said it needed a new fan, which could take 1–7 days to arrive. Given the uncertainty, we packed overnight to move. But then we were told we couldn’t get the new room key until 4 p.m.—even though we had booked the full week and the room was ready. This meant we might have no access to our belongings for hours. We tried waiting in the common area, but there was nowhere comfortable. The first floor was dim and reeked of pesticides. Every time we entered, we had to hold our breath and rush to the elevator in the dark. The motion-sensor lights would finally turn on—just when we no longer needed them. Any electricity saved likely came at the cost of guest comfort. On our last day, someone finally propped the door open to let the smell out—but by then it didn’t help. The building photos were taken on a sunny day to look appealing, but in reality the cracked, uneven pathway made pushing luggage uphill a challenge. This place is not worth the money saved.

The place was very clean and spacious for our family of 7. Very accessible to everything in Zermatt. Amazing stay!

Amazing place to stay in Zermatt. Apartment was quite big, the kitchen well furnished. We had a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony.

Well equipped apartment with a great view of the Matterhorn. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had a large, modern bathroom. It was a 15 minute walk from the railway station, and in a clean, quiet area of Zermatt.

Was there during the April 2025 snowstorm when Zermatt lost power for a couple days. They provided breakfast for guests at the partner Alpen Resort Hotel and Spa down the street also for the guests at the Patricia apartments. When we went to Alpen to inquire about staying an extra night at Patricia due to not being able to leave Zermatt, they couldn’t provide us a price, but welcomed us to stay and make ourselves comfortable in the common areas of the Alpen. All the staff there was very welcoming and patient and helped everyone with answering questions with whatever updates they had and helping however possible. We were able to chill with live music and complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge. After waiting until evening and still couldn’t get a price for the extra night stay we decided to just take the room and find out the charge the next day. Next day they decided not to charge us. I’d like management and the staff there to know that it was really appreciated that you took care of your guests during those extenuating circumstances. There wasn’t one moment where I saw any employee show any hint of stress or unpleasantness even though they probably had an overwhelming amount of questions and requests from guests. Thank you so much for helping us to get us through that storm and power outage. As for the apartments itself. It was a pretty decent stay. The bedding was comfortable, the place was clean, and had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen.

Beautiful, modern, spacious, clean, well appointed. Our room lived up to its promise of a Matterhorn view. Easy to walk to from the train station. We would have loved to stay longer but Zermatt is so expensive!

Quick and easy last minute booking to spend some extra time in Zermatt.

The self check in did not work, we tried multiple times with multiple credit cards. We had to stand around and wait for someone to come from a nearby hotel.

A spacious property within walking distance to train station and the viewpoint. Many kitchenwares are provided. The drawback is I booked for three people, but only two set of towels and quilts were provided.

Really nice place to stay! Large space to relax and a balcony as well to enjoy views of the mountains. On the outer edge of Zermatt, but worth it being in Zermatt and an easy 10 minute walk at most with/without luggage from the train station. The reception was very kind. It is a bit confusing at first trying to check in since it's not clearly stated that you should try to check-in at their partner hotel - Hotel Alpen Resort & Spa - which is down the street. The kitchen has lots of supplies including plates, utensils, cookware, dish soap, etc. Note that there is a decent extra charge for house keeping so perfect for shorter stays, but you may want to plan ahead if you're staying longer. Overall though, it is clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of Zermatt.

Great stay except no service included

Overall is good with view of Matterhorn. Room is a bit small in size for 3 persons. There was road construction going on in front of the building, the property is willing to offer us help on carrying lugguage through on the check out day.

There was construction outside and during the day you are close to the helipad where the tourist helicopter is constantly taking off and landing. That said, all we had to do was close out patio door. The kitchen was well-equipped and the room clean. Our patio had a wonderful view of der Matterhorn. Great deal, we would stay there again.

Nice open space. Need some additional items for the kitchen for cooking and we had difficulty with coffee. The staff was prompt and helpful. The main reason we booked this location was access to the pool which was listed as included but when we checked in it was extra. This was misrepresented and we were told we would need to pay anyway.
