Awesome stay!

The apartment and amenities are very nice and the view of the Matterhorn from the apartment is unforgettable. We have to do the check in at another location and walk a bit with our suit cases to the building, and this was unexpected. The staff at the check in location was OK. The location is at a walking distance from the train station and commerce, which is a plus. The city of Zermatt is beautiful and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay at Apartments Patricia. It was comfortable and convenient to transportation to the mountain, and it has a locked equipment room which was nice for skis and boots. We liked having a the kitchenette to cook some of our food during the week. And, we really enjoyed using the spa/pool at the nearby Alpen Resort & Spa at the discounted rate one day.

View of Matterhorn and walking distance from train station, and large room were the highlights. It’s bit of a walk to center of town and skiing. But public bus stop is near, or take an electric taxi.

I enjoyed my stay here! It was a spacious studio, with a small kitchen and sitting area, in addition to the sleeping area. Just what we needed for our ski trip. The bus stop was right across the street which made skiing a breeze! Only negative was when we arrived we didn't realize that we had to check in at a different location, which was a pain because we arrived late and had to navigate town on foot in the dark. I wish check in instructions were clearer, otherwise great!

큰 불폄함은 없었지만 생각보다 낡고 깨끗한 느낌은 아니었습니다. 곰팡이 냄새가 좀 났고 좀벌레도 돌아다녀요. 욕조 마개는 구멍에 맞지 않고, 세면대도 구멍이 나있고 커피머신은 디스케일링 하지 않아 음료가 나오지 않습니다. 자매호텔인 알펜리조트의 시설을 이용할 수 있는건 장점이고 만약 겨울에 방문하다면 눈 때문에 캐리어 끌기 어렵다는걸 명심하세요!! 역에서 아주 먼거리는 아니지만 진짜 힘들어요. 가성비나 방 크기, 취사가 가능한건 좋은거 같습니다. 알펜리조트 호텔의 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다.

O quarto é bem aconchegante, bem equipado com itens de cozinha e um bom secador de cabelo. A vista do quarto é muito bonita. Um pouquinho longe do centrinho mas da para caminhar sem problemas,tem um supermercado bem perto. Tudo muito bem explicado...me hospedaria novamente, um dos melhores custo beneficio que achamos em Zermatt.

Comfort, Clean, Modern, Location, Staff

While it's a bit distant from the train station, it was otherwise clean and comfy. Also came with a balcony with a view to the Matterhorn.

Very comfortable apartment that is able to view Matterhorn at the balcony. We had a good rest there. Kitchen is clean, bed is comfortable, water is hot enough and water pressure is good. Not in the high street but give us chance to explore more. Very safe and this is the most unforgettable accommodation during my 8 days in Switzerland. We enjoyed cooking there.

In our first room, the bathroom fan stopped working after two days, which caused damp toilet paper and tissues. We coped by moving the toilet paper in and out, though we often forgot. We reported the issue, were told someone would fix it—but no one showed. After following up, we were informed repairs would happen only after we moved out. The repairman later said it needed a new fan, which could take 1–7 days to arrive. Given the uncertainty, we packed overnight to move. But then we were told we couldn’t get the new room key until 4 p.m.—even though we had booked the full week and the room was ready. This meant we might have no access to our belongings for hours. We tried waiting in the common area, but there was nowhere comfortable. The first floor was dim and reeked of pesticides. Every time we entered, we had to hold our breath and rush to the elevator in the dark. The motion-sensor lights would finally turn on—just when we no longer needed them. Any electricity saved likely came at the cost of guest comfort. On our last day, someone finally propped the door open to let the smell out—but by then it didn’t help. The building photos were taken on a sunny day to look appealing, but in reality the cracked, uneven pathway made pushing luggage uphill a challenge. This place is not worth the money saved.
