Front desk was very kind and responsive. The staff on our floor were equally friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and had a nice view of the river. The hotel is super convenient, near the tram, buses and train station. Fabulous shopping in every direction.

Location! Location! Location! Central Plaza Hotel is central to everything in Zurich indeed. Room was clean and comfortable, perfect for rest after a busy day. The breakfast staff were nice every time I went in to enjoy the restaurant.

The staff knew their stuff about how to get around. On the day it rained, they lent out umbrellas. Just an overall beautiful place, close to all transportation and in the center of town.

The staff was incredibly helpful. As foreigners, we asked a lot of questions of the front desk personnel. They thoroughly answered our questions and made sure we understood. The room was clean and comfortable, although the layout was a bit strange due to the room being in a corner of the hotel. I would suggest you request a room that isn’t in one of the corners. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the main train station. We had several suitcases that we walked back and forth with no issues. The location of the hotel is also good if your trip involves visiting Christmas markets.

We arrived early and the front desk staff were very accommodating allowing us to drop luggage without taking the time to formally check us in which we did later. The location of this hotel is excellent if you’re arriving or departing by train.
